Although we have taken many cruises, we found this one to be exceptional. The staff and service in general were excellent - nothing was too much trouble. The food was much above average and the tours good. Although I notice that one commenter mentioned the relative lack of activities on board, I see that as a advantage. (Who needs casinos... More

we usually go to the boat trip if the weather is good. These boats leave every half an hour and you don't need any reservation so it's easy to do at any time. Also evening time is nice to see all the city lights.

We caught a Bateaux-Mouches riverboat and relaxed for the next 1 and a half hours. You see Paris from a different perspective and via the announcements on board, learn about some interesting buildings and bridges.

While the view of the City was wonderful, we hoped to see it all lit up but with the sun setting later, we missed most of the night view. Either do it in the day or don't expect a night of lights.

Along the River Seine is an abundance of little stalls run by local Parisians selling art work, posters, antique books and general souvenirs. You will find these stalls between the Musee Louvre and Notre Dam on both side of the river. It is a lovely walk along the river and you get a wonderful sense of the Parisian culture. General... The seine is the best part of the city. view it by boat or by land. bring some lunch and sit by the banks. Or take a sight seeing trip and enjoy the views. Sit back and relax and enjoy the river flow by.

We went on the cruise. It's a nice, quiet, relaxing ride from the Eiffel Tower to Notre Dame and back. The presentation highlights all the sights along the river. Great to take your first day there to get a plan of where to visit. As for the river, it's the lifeline of Paris. A lot of its main sights are... More

We took the River Cruise, as a part of the Paris Pass. It was great to take a scroll down the river with the Eiffel Tower and the background and watch folks just hanging out on the banks.

Nice river to see and explore. Go to the 21:00 cruise to catch the lighting of the Eiffel tower. This is a site that you don't want to miss.
