Take a slow stroll along the river Seine. Numerous famous landmarks can be seen not to mention the numerous coffee shops which can be visited, it's peaceful and romantic if strolling with a loved one. Take some time to unwind.

The river is not very nice. Kids used to swim in it but not anymore. Walking along the river it had bad smells - mostly urine. This river is in my bottom 10 bodies of water.

If walking along the Seine was the only think we had a chance to go in Paris, I would have been content. Walking along at night, in the rain, surrounded by lights and people I love. Bliss.

We had booked tickets for the Eiffel Tower for a late evening entry so we came in a few hours early and took the 1 hour Siene river cruise which starts right across the Eiffel Tower (we used Vendettes de paris tour). The cruise is a great way to see the city. I would recommend doing this on the first... More

Went on the night cruise and while the views from the river is quite nice it cannot beat the open tour bus in terms of the places that you see.

The most romantic way to experience Paris is completely free! Strolling along the Seine was my husband's and my favorite part of our anniversary trip to this beautiful city. So picturesque, and so many genuine things along the banks!

Take a trip on a "Bateau Mouche" - River Boat ; by day, you´ll have the advantage of having a clear view of both "riversides", by night - my favourite - chose one that has live music on board: you´ll never forget it !

Wonderful way to travel and see the sights. You can hop on and off where you want, stop for a beer or a light snack, and away we go again. A must.

The Louvre is a living part of Paris with lots of traffic day and night. The lights reflecting in the evening are gorgeous, and well worth the walk.
