There are plenty of ferries and which offer different services. Some are with lunch or dinner and some are with hop or and hop of services. If you are interested the simple service will take you about one hour round trip and you can see all the attractions which are along the river. I would recommend to take the evening... More

A great and relaxing way to get your bearings and see some of the sights, be careful of some of the operators, we paid for a dinner cruise and got a cruise, when I question the girl at the counter, she was as cold as the river, but still a good experience

Everybody said "oh you got to take a river boat cruise" on the Seine river. We took a non-stop day cruise that lasted about 45 mins. The weather was beautiful and we sat up top and it was very enjoyable. Bad thing is the sound system is worthless and we were right by the speakers. We took and day and... More

River Seine is one of the major and free attractions in Paris with the exception for the ticket for boat/cruise. Walk along the right or left side and cross one of the bridges to enjoy the view. There are banks/benches on one of the pedestrian only bridge and it is great for people watching and taking pictures. On our last night,... More

When you go to a city it is always good to see the city from different view points. Taking a ride down the Seine is a great way to see the city from a different view. There are some truly beautiful bridges in Paris and you get to see them close up this way. Also, when you come up to... More

You can get a deal when on the cart rouge ( red bus) which we took and this guaranteed a trip on the Seine. Very picturesque. You travel under a few bridges if varying design and there are many 'house' barges and moored boats of differing variety. Marvellous architecture on the banks of the Seine. A recommended trip. Cheers

I took my partner on an evening river cruise to propose to her and it all went perfectly.( Yeah me and hundreds of other people have no doubt proposed on these river cruises but I never said I was a romantic trail blazer.) The staff were lovely and friendly and the service was excellent. The meal was superb and the... More

After walking along the Seine and enjoying all the little book stands and the beautiful sights, go to the bridge at Pont Neuf and take the River Seine boat ride for a wonderful over view of the city of Paris.

We took the 10pm Bateaux Vedettes du Pont Neuf cruise which was 13 euros but I had booked it in advance online for a discount of 2 Euros each. We sat outside on the top deck and we caught our first glimpse off the sparkly, twinkly Eiffel Tower, beams from it shone in our direction every few seconds for about... More

I contribute most of my ability to navigate Paris to this river. If you know which side you are on and which side you want to be on then it will be much easier to get there. Most of the popular attractions in Paris can be seen from the river. Many parisian youths hang out along the river at night... More
