Obviously this store caters to a certain clientele, as the sales associates were not friendly. It rained the entire time we were in Paris, so I was dressed rather casually, hat and sneakers. We went to the mens dept and no one asked if I needed help. My husband was behind me carrying bon marche purchase of boots we had... More

Probably one of the most beautiful shopping mall in the world in the center of Saint Germain. It's very clean, quiet and cozy compare to the Galeries Lafayette or others shopping mall in Paris. I like everything about this place except that there are most of the time more salesman than customers on an entire floor, making the shopping experience... More

This store was really under construction for Christmas when we were there. This said, their assortments are different than their competition, and this retailer is one of the best in the world!

We went in to look, good thing because the staff was not helpful. However, we enjoyed seeing all the products that we don't usually see at home.

Going to this store is like the storey about the emperor and his new clothes. I think everyone expects it to be beautiful and so that is all they see. But I am sure the owners are laughing at all the foolish people who are herded into their store and have to put up with terrible cafes, facilities and dreadful... More

No where in our books did we find that Bon Marche has 2 buildings. We entered one that was everything Japanese. We searched, no good directions or maps.We asked staff , repeatedly sent us to tiny Japanese "Grand Epicerie" instead of the large one we wanted.Rode the elevator up and down.Must have asked staff for help 6 times before someone finally... Le Bon Marche in Paris is a food lovers delight. Their downstairs Cafe serves the very best quality FRUIT SALAD, straight from their own superbly displayed provendore department. Our bowls were laden with freshest melon, kiwi fruit & seasonal berries, all drowning in freshly squeezed orange marinade. So refreshing. My barista made double espresso was from high quality coffee beans.... More

If you like to explore department stores, Le Bon Marche is well worth a visit. Even if you don't make any purchases it is very interesting to browse especially in La Grande Epicerie. When I visited in July it was sale time and I was lucky enough to find some bargains.
