I did a lot of research to find a hands on cooking class to make macarons. I chose the Ecole Ritz Escoffier and my friend and I eagerly anticipated our 2 hour class one evening. Small class size was fine and they had a translator for us, as it was given in French. Everything had been prepped beforehand and I... More

I was the only non-French person, but a student from the school translated for me. You can actually get a good feel for what the Chef is saying by watching him demonstrate before you... More

I travel to Paris several times a year. I generally research the internet in advance to see what is being offered during my stay. Then, I'll either call or drop by and sign up for a class. Besides the wonderful demonstrations, I enjoy the repartee with my classmates who come from all over the world. Their questions are insightful, informative... More
