House of luxury brands. Great selections although not as grand as Gallery Lafayette. I prefer to shop here though.

I can't comment on a transaction experience, because I didn't have one. But I can tell you what's there. Magnificent Art Nouveau dome. 9th floor roof terrace with panoramic views of Paris. Largest selection of shoes in France. Largest cosmetics store in France. Specialized Scent Room in the beauty dept. Food Hall. Laduree macarons. Cafe Pouchkine on the ground floor... More

This is supposed to be a luxury store but the decor and staff are from this. The overall experience is terrible. We had done multiple shopping on a day and wanted to return one bag a week later. None of the staff knew how to process a return. The staff at the tax refunds were down right hostile and rude... More

I just don't get the negativity. The reason to go to Printemps IS THE LUXURY. What, IMO, makes this store more special than its neighbor, Galeries Lafayette, is the way it is laid out and easy to navigate and the obvious level of product that you can "window shop" And, yes, the views are wonderful and the Café, upstairs, is... It offers a rather more civilised shopping experience than Galleries Lafayette (just nearby), since it is less crowded and there is more free space to stroll among the products. According to me if you are in the neighborhood and wish to visit a shopping mall this should be your choice, but I recommend to visit small designed stores and boutiques... More

If you love shopping and luxury products. Love this store, the brands and prices. And you can also get tax refund if you are non-EU. Do not forget!

It is one of the better Parisian department stores. It is more relaxing to visit than Galeries Lafayette, and the layout of the boutiques in the store is more museum-like.

Au Printemps offers great panoramic views over Paris (Eifel Tower, Grand Palais Montparnasse, ...) with free WiFi at reasonable rates for F&B. 5,5€ for a spiced tomato juice with a view. Less crowdy in the evenings, once the commuters are heading for their home

If you're on a first time visit to Paris, 'Printemps' is the westernmost of the two huge store complexes. Unlike neighbouring 'GLF', the twin main Printemps buildings look more original and have distinctive domed corner turrets. They also have doormen like Harvey Nicks/ Harrods although I wasn't thrown out for wearing Bermuda shorts! Thus you sense that this is more... More

I may manage to mess up the percentages a bit by giving a review as a non-shopper but the view from the rooftop is fabulous and if you are a photographer like me, you won't want to miss it. I went up twice during my last visit to Paris and loved every minute.
