Advertised as one of the most expensive shops, it was a real surprise that I found a perfect present from the VIII floor. Okay, it might have been candies in a nice glass bottle but it was cute, I can use the bottle later and 3.90€! Everything else wasn't as cheap of course. It sill was a lot of fun... More

The Christmas windows, dressed by Burberry this year, are just lovely, beautifully designed shops, just a little warm inside!

As you can probably imagine, most of the products here are expensive. But you're not obliged to buy anything! You can just stroll around the enormous store, enjoy the view from the top and the beautiful interior decoration. Just make sure you have plenty of time, because there is a lot to see...

I always love shopping here and we always go to the brasserie Printemps fora snack lunch but the restaurant does get pretty packed. Always have large baguettes and I personally believe the best hot chocolate that I have had. The roof is phenomonal and can't stop gazing at it Beautiful animated decor in the windows. Staff friendly and efficient.

Printemps have many luxury brands and you could do your tax refund in cash at the tax refund counter. The non french staff is more helpful and provide better customer service. However,if you intend to go on weekend, that area is very crowded and beware of pickpocket.

I would say Printemps windows were the best this year. Extremely disappointed with Galleries Lafayette this year, the year of Monsters was so disappointing. Brought my 5 y/o daughter and whoever decided on the theme for Galleries Lafayette was off the mark for children. On the other hand for Printemps with the animation was great.

If in Paris this is THE Store to shop at. Name brands all over the place and a café that is to die for. Plus a view of Paris that is stunning especially at sunset.

Make sure you get up to the top floor (via the cafe) to watch the sunset over Paris - the Eiffle Tower looks amazing!!!

We went here to buy some Ralph Lauren stuff after some dreadful service (non-service) in Galleries Lafayette next door. The female member of staff in this (RL) department was superb and helped us to buy what we wanted pulling lots of things off the shelves for us to look at; she was so helpful. The same was true of the... More

The middle bridge is nice and so are the ever-changing temporary collections. A really nice place to shop and very convenient with Lafayette next door (and opposite), with Opera just a stone's throw too.
