We went close to sunset and there were only 4 people in line. It was so peaceful and beautiful at the top. Not too many people at all. Watching the sunset, seeing the hues of purple and pink in the sky, the Eiffel Tower in the distance. This must be one of the most romantic spots in Paris. more

I went last April. I saw both the Cathedral and went up the tower. Sure the lines were very long but remember your already their.......have a conversation with the people around you.....watch the highly entertaining street performers....you will not regret the trip up the tower!!! more

I went in July, on a Thursday at about 2pm, there were lots of tourists. I only went in the church, which has free entry, because the queue to climb to the top was very long. Make sure you get the audio guide, so you know what you're looking at. more
