Information was excellent. So thankful we were able to take pictures. The stain glass ceilings were beautiful beyond words.

I always enjoy visiting the interior of the cathedral and we did this very early in the morning before the towers opened. It was far less crowded and much more peaceful that later in the day. Once we came out, we were in about the first 10-15 people to climb the towers. Great Photo ops up there, plus some good... More

My one regret from my recent trip to Paris was not having the chance to go inside and up on the tour. Unfortunately, I contended myself with merely walking around the outside; which is impressive and beautiful on it's own. The courtyard, the statue of Charlemagne, the buzz of excitement over the Cathedral in general. Next time...

The hunch back is gone, but in his place, the stain glass, the jewels, the history, the flying buttresses.. Don't miss this!

There's very little to dislike about Notre Dame. The building is absolutely stunning, in particular, the stained glass windows. When I was there, a mass was being conducted while hundreds of visitors milled around! It was slightly surreal, but added to the experience of visiting the Cathedral. An incredible building that has to feature in any visit to Paris.

Queues not too bad. The windows are works of art. Take the time to go inside, it is totally worth it. The majesty, the solemnity, the architecture, the location are all superb. The written explanations are in three languages. A must see.

Notre Dame has history and charm... ...and it also has lots of steps, so be prepared to climb, because there's no elevator; but its worth the journey and view once you reach the top. Waiting time on line to reach the stairs varies: 45 minutes to 2 hours I sat at the cafe with my family directly across the street... More

What is to be said that hasn't already. The church is beautiful and most definitely a must see. Everything else can be read by all the reviewers. The lines were long but they moved quite fluidly. We didn't go to the rooftop but were able to sit in on a mass at the Catherdral.

I find the architecture amazing and beautiful, especially seen in the golden hour of sunset. It was easy to enter and you can make a quick tour of the interior, stop and see the model near the Treasury of how the building was constructed! Stop for some Berthillon ice cream nearby.
