I was just in awe of the size and the great history of the place. The stained glass and the architecture of the place was amazing. We were there in November so the lines were not very long, maybe 10 minutes to get in, while in line we could take pictures and look around a bit.

Excellent architecture. Amazing biblical stained glass. Long lines, but moves quickly. Lines are long to get to the upper level/ belfry.

Very nice Church! The outside architecture is a nice sight to see and you can get many great shots of it from many places around the outside (including the river area)! This is a must see when visiting Paris for nostalgia at the very least!

Such a beautiful building and so much history. Usually have to line up to go inside but the line moved fairly fast. Free entry. No flash photography inside. Public toilets close and a park across bridge if you want to sit, plus lots of seating outside the cathedral. Built 1163 to 1300's

Came here at night and witness the beautiful ceremonial. The atmosphere is great and the silence is one of the thing I like the most. Definetly one of the best place you should visit

The building it beautiful inside and out, a genuine treasure and totally justifies why is it so highly regarded. From the stain glass windows, the towers, the famous gargoyles right down to the intricate woodwork within, it's well worth seeing. And tourists seem to respect the request for quiet within the cathedral regardless of religious beliefs, which makes a stroll... More
