We were having a coffee in the market Rue Cler when we saw this as an attraction of the map - it was about 10 mins walk but well worth it - it is also close to the Effiel Tower. The building is a great example of Art Nouveau, with the architect winning a prize for it in the 1900's

This is a stunning building that is nothing like you will ever see - we visited it on our last day in Paris, and were very glad to have made the detour. As previous reviewers have said, it is only 5 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower and its meticulous detail make it a must visit for any architecture buff.

Quite by accident my husband and I happened by this lovely building as we strolled the area on an afternoon. I first spotted the incredible door, then realized the whole building was special. The details, down to the door hinges, are beautiful. Just one of Paris' hidden gems!

A few years ago we rented a flat around the corner from this lovely building. My husband and I are both architecture buffs who like to take photos and we had a field day here. The lines of this beauty are distinctly feminine and sensuous. We followed our photography session with a long visit to Musee D'Orsay where we oohed... More

It's beautiful! This is not a major sight in Paris, but it's a very quick walk from the Eiffel Tower and not to be missed if you like Art Noveau architecture. I saw it today! Also check out the incredible back of this building (in the alley) with tremendous gate and view of the Eiffel Tower. a treat!
