My wife and I did two walks with this company...the Latin Quarter with Manual and Montmarte with Quinton. Both were personable and well spoken. Quinton's tour was more relevant as he focused on Montmarte history and sites. Manual was funny but spent more time telling stories than we thought appropriate. But both tours were a lot of fun and very... More

No reservation required which makes it nice for last minute plans. Met by Blanche metro station. Group got too big so Alex called in another tour guide - we tried to stay with Alex, but the groups were so uneven we went with Louisa. Happen to be her last tour before moving to Africa. Overall the tour was good with... More

We had Robin as our Tour guide for the Notre Dame walk. He was great, very informative. He took us to all the sights around the Cathedral, plus other places he would go. It was really great! We had Manuel for our Tour of Montmartre and he was awesome. He grew up in the neighborhood so he truly knows what... More

My wife and I always find these types of "free walking tours" very enjoyable. "Paris Landmarks" with Maurice was no exception. By going on a walk with a local, you see and hear about a few things most tourists will miss, by just going to the major attractions. I consider these tip-based walking tours on a par with going to... More

Great tour of the Notre Dame and the surrounding area. We were visiting Paris during one of their national holiday's so the museums and a few of their historic buildings were closed to the public. Discover Walks helped us see (from the outside) the monuments, and learn more about Paris from a locals point of view. Their tour guides are... More

We met at the appointed time/place outside the Saint Sebastien- Froissart metro station. Nathalie was our tour guide, a Parisian native. We walked and saw the main Marais attractions, including the Place des Vosges, the Jewish quarter, the Hotel du Sully (repository for all French travel brochures through out the country. Forgot to pick up a brochure from some site... More

Walking tour was outstanding! Nice easy pace for all ages. Our guide Astrio was the best. I'll definitely use discoverwalks in my future travels. They don't charge a fee so tip your guide well.

Fantastic walking tour. Victor had an immense amount of knowledge with regard to Notre Dame and Paris in general added with a splash of humour here and there. This is particularly helped by the fact that he is local. Victor said Discover Walks guides are locals only. As others have stated, their payment is tipped based only, which Victor certainly...
