Recently we ended a 12 trip to France in Paris and scheduled a course in technical chicken at La Cuisine Paris. While it sounded imposing, it turned out to be our number one rated experience for the entire trip. The instructor carefully explained what we would be doing and then patiently and with great humor guided the assembled class in... More

We loved the croissants so much here that I wanted to learn how they are made. I booked a class online. Immediately I had a confirmation. I got lost finding the class and they texted me when I didn't arrive on time and guided me to their location. I just had the best time. Our chef teacher Eric has forever... More

What a wonderful experience! I took my daughter on a birthday trip and one of the things she LOVES is macarons. We decided to learn how to make them and we had a wonderful time. This was such a wonderful experience! Not only did we learn new dishes but there theoretical practice was taught in a clear and easy to understand technique. The chef had all the students interact and it was fun to participate in. The meal was outstanding and the opportunity to meet people from all over the world was great! It was... More

My wife and I were celebrating an anniversary and wanted to take a cooking class in Paris. We do like to cook, but aren't experts (she's "intermediate", I'm marginally better than "novice"). I can't recommend this enough. It was fun and delicious. Our chef was Eric, and he was awesome. Informative, fun, funny, and really really helpful. We feel like... More

Neighborhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendor. This neighborhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
