My whole group really enjoyed the croissant class here. Our teacher, chef G, was outstanding. Would definitely recommend for croissant lovers. Some baking experience is probably best but you don't need to be an expert.

Diane was our instructor for the croissant class and she taught us well and had us in stitches the entire time. I feel confident that I will be able to make several types of croissant when I return home. All levels of baking are welcomed and there is plenty of individual assistance if needed.

I did the market class with 2 friends on our recent trip to Paris. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The meals we made were simple, but the sauces that went with them were divine and made the dishes gourmet! With recipes for the sauces, we can all go home and recreate for our families.

La Cuisine Paris Market Class was a highlight. Strolling through the Marche Maubert with Camille and Claire to select the produce, meat, and cheese; learning to prepare all of our beautiful purchases (white asparagus! artichokes! duck!); and the final meal overlooking the Seine were everything I hoped the class would be. Can't wait to return and try the other classes.
