My wife and I took their market tour with class last Friday. Chef Emilie did a great job of teaching us about the local produce, how to select the freshest fish, and what to look for in the various vendors. We then went to her kitchen and prepared a fantastic meal and all sat down to enjoy. I would definitely... More

I took the macaron class on my recent trip to Paris & it was delightful. The class is well organized, the facilities are delightful & the instructor (Eric) was both energetic and patient. I truly enjoyed this experience and loved that I left with my own box of goodies plus a much better understanding on how to make the macarons.... More

Took a wonderful class with Frances on Croissaint-making over four hours. Well worth the effort and lots of fun. Can't wait to try making it in my home. Got to see many pastry and chocolate shops in the heart of Paris for the pastry-tasting class. The host was very informative but it was a bit long. I look forward to... More

We took the gourmet (full meal) class with Chef Emily, as well as the croissant class with Chef Eric, whom we have worked with previously. Both classes were entertaining, informative, and the food we prepared was delicious! Definitely a must-do every time we are in Paris!

My daughter and I participated in a market/cooking class with Chef Eric today. It was the most enjoyable time we had in Paris during our week-long visit. The morning started with a visit to the local open-air market where Chef Eric showed our group of 10 participants how to chose the best and freshest products. Then we were off to... More
