Unfortunately it rained the day we visited and many of the stalls were not filled. Still think it would be worth a visit in better weather. Toilet facilities were few. Two only for the whole area and one was not working. The Sunday market in the main shopping street was worth a visit though The whole area is accessible as... More

Interesting Sunday morning visit, unfortunately it rained and not all pitches were taken. There were also several sellers not on the official site which probably means not authorised. Street market also taking place. Area was byzzing

Instead of numerous antique stores like te Puces the Saint Ouen, the flee market near Port de Vanves is a genuine flee-market. Van's parked with their rear end to the sideway and spreading their goods, it almost looks like a car-boot-sale. Here you can find antiques or affordable prices for value. When we visited it was fairly windy and cold... More

I got to the market shortly after 8:00 on a Sunday. Some vendors were set up but others were just beginning - keep in mind at this time of the year it was just starting to get light outside. A hand painted plate immediately caught my attention at the very first vendor - he wanted 80 euros but quickly went... More

I've been to most of the flea markets in Paris and even though this one was harder to get to from the 8th District it was well worth the travel time. It's much smaller than the most famous Marche aux Puces de Saint-Ouen. However, I felt it had more to offer and wasn't overpriced. I found prices at the largest... More

The Porte de Vanves fleemarket is easy to find, in a quiet neighbourhood by the souther part of the Periferique, and not too big. The merchandise are pretty old-fashioned trinckets, porcelain and linens, but also some second-hand clothes and accessories. It was a nice but somewhat cold day, and there weren't too many people, but it does not seem to... More

we spent all day here roaming around. it was fun digging thru the old postcards, looking at fancy furniture & chandeliers, and digging through the albums. It is expensive. The postcards are like 5 euros. the vinyl albums were roughly 20 & up euros. nothing inexpensive and fun to take home. Chandeliers were extremely expensive, I can get beautiful new... More

We made the effort to visit this open-air antiques/bric-a-brac market but although we'd read it was running until 2 p.m. when we got there at noon the packing up was well underway. Next time we will get there earlier as there's nothing much else in the area. What we did see on the stalls looked interesting and definatley worth a... More

Am not a professional "antiquer" but am always on the hunt for interesting and unique things when I travel. Porte de Vanves did not disappoint. It was small enough that you can go through everything in one morning and is not as intimidating as the big one at St.-Ouen de Clignancourt. I brought along my 10 year old daughter and... More
