What a fantastic fun, informative and super value tour! Travis was a true professional, great fun and a very well informed on all facts surrounding the Da Vinci Code and the locations in Paris we visited. A fabulous introduction to the city for us as first time visitors and the added mystery and intrigue of the best selling Da Vinci... More

In the past few years I've taken several walks with Classic Walks and enjoyed them all: DaVinci, Montmartre, etc. I've recommended them to others because they've been informative, professional, and friendly. I was planning on taking the WWII walk this coming September but am bothered by the recent negative post (based on only one walk but bothersume nonetheless). Has anyone... More

Worst walking tour I have been on (and I've been on at least 10 in Europe). Went on the World War II walking tour -- 90% walking and 10% information. Very little information was imparted on this tour. Most of the time (45 minutes of 2 hour tour) was spent waiting in line to view the Deportation Memorial as the... More

Prior to our recent trip to Paris, we had "googled" for Da Vinci Code tours and found Classic Walks of Paris. In particular we liked the fact there wasn't a need to reserve your place and were just able to pay on the day at the specified meeting point. We made our way to the front entrance of the Ritz... We did 3 walking tours with this group, Classic, Monmartre, Latin Quarter, and absolutely loved every minute of it. The guides are young, energetic, and eager to help. You'll learn lots of great facts about the city. Our guides were especially helpful when it came to the tricks that pickpockets use. One of them took us down and showed us... More

Did one walk with them this week and it was the worst walking tour I have ever been on, out of many in many cities. Go with Paris-walks.com instead for same price, they are *fabulous*. Classic Walks leader was a sweet gal but basically an American kid here on gap year, in Paris 6 months, poorly spoken ("coronated") with an... More

The "Les Halles - the Old Market District" tour that I took in March was extremely enjoyable and highly informative. I am a real fan of walking tours (the genuine article, not the free ones) because how else can you combine getting up close to the sights with informed, interesting commentary? "Les Halles" was the perfect combination of history, modern... More

We found a brochure for Classic Walks of Paris in our hotel, and because we didn't need to pre-book, decided at last minute to join one "The Montmartre Walk" on of our free afternoons in Paris. It was at 3pm and lasted two hours. The tour guide held up the brochure at the told meeting point and we paid him... More
