We joined some other English-speaking guests for a full-day tour with Eric. He masterfully guided us through the day, with visits to Taittinger and two independent producers. All three of the visits were informative, different from the others, and very interesting. At Taittinger, we were very impressed with their caves, which were originally excavated by the Romans and used as... More

When booking my trip to visit friends in Germany, I had no idea that I would be spending so much time in France, but it was to my delight that my friends suggested(with my full agreement)that we drink Champagne in Champagne. We arrived in Epernay on Friday, May 23rd and toured a couple of the bigger Champagne houses that day... More

We spent a half-day tour with Eric as our guide. He was a wonderful speaker, very knowledgeable and pleasant. It was just the two of us, so we were given his undivided attention. Driving up through the hills and seeing the beautiful region was a bonus. Definitely recommend this tour!

Six of us booked (early) a half day tour for a Friday afternoon. We asked to see a small Champagne house. We took a 9 am train out of Paris to Ardennes station (and a 5 minute train into Rems station.) After walking through Reims and the Cathedral, we ate a leisurely lunch in town. We met Ekatrina at the... More

We had a wonderful day touring the champagne region and visiting two small champagne houses and then Moet and Chandon in the afternoon. Eric, who was our tour guide met us at the station (we caught the train from Paris) where we hoped into a mini bus and proceeded to pick up another couple in Rheims (as it was a... More

Great all-day tour, fascinating history of the area, and all the bubbly we could handle. A great 60th b-day gift to ourselves. Highly recommend. Had a small-house case shipped home (USA) so we can relive the experience. Thanks for a great day!

I spent a very enjoyable day with Eric touring this magnificent part of the world, blown away by the history and beauty of the region. It was a delight to taste champagnes I would not normally find at home (Australia) and to engage with the producers.I think it would be a mistake to come to Champagne and just visit the... More

We did a private 1/2 day tour with Chris on 30 May this year. We were picked up from our hotel in Epernay, which was great, then went to Hautvillers at our request. Chris gave us a great overview of the region at the start of the tour. We had an excellent tasting and cellar tour at a small producer.... More

We booked the private, full day tour and spent the day with Ekaterina. She was very knowledgeable of both the history and production in the region. We visited two small houses as well as Moet. In the future we would probably skip the large houses (it took a long time and was more crowded) and stick to the small. We... More
