This is one of the best tours we have ever attended. What a find. Rachel (the tour guide and family member to be) is wonderful The tour is billed as a Champagne tour which it is but, it is so much more. We came away with not only a good understanding of how champagne is made but also a great... More

We had an absolutely wonderful day on our visit with Rachel at RAW France. We could not have asked for a more perfect day filled with sunshine, good food and especially good champagne. We really knew nothing about champagne prior to our visit other than it is produced here in this area, so Rachel gave us such interesting and fun... More

We spent a week in France and this was our favorite day! Thank you to Rachel for an interesting and educational visit. What may surprise people is that we visited with a 12 year old and an 8 year old and they agree that this was the best day! Rachel interacted so well with the kids and made us all... More

Very possibly, our favorite part of our trip to France. Rachel is a wonderful guide. The 5 young people in our group just adored her. Great overview of the process of champagne making. What you see will obviously vary during the year. Don't expect to taste grapes in June. Ended with a great buffet lunch of charcuterie, cheese, quiche and... More

My husband and I took this tour the day of our 5 year wedding anniversary. It was amazing! We learned a lot about the champagne producing process, about Sacy and the small producers of the area. We had great champagne and a delicious lunch at the new and only restaurant in Sacy. Rachel is an excellent hostess and very commited.... More

We had a fabulous day with Rachel. She was so helpful in organising the experience, giving us advice on how to get the train from Paris and she then met us at the station. Her passion and knowledge was outstanding and she happily shared the family business with us while keeping our glasses topped up with delicious champagne. It was... More

We were picked up by Rachel from our hotel in Reims and taken to Sacy the location of the champagne house. Firstly she stopped in the middle of the village and explained the village of Sacy and the respective champagne houses here and the process of making the champagne. By the way, Sacy is a Grand Cru village. We were... More

We visited the Wafflart-Briet house this weekend with 4 friends ahead of our upcoming wedding. Having gone to 5 different houses it was an easy decision to choose Wafflart-Briet for our big day. Rachael was amazing showing us all around their family business, and making us feel totally at home. We met the whole family and felt under no pressure... More
