A bit disappointing

Expected to see more, while in fact there is just one floor with an interesting exposition and interesting theatre spectacle.

It was such a lovely experience with the family, the museum is interesting and the children were very fascinated. We stated for the show which was much better than we had expected. If you are in Blois with children it is one place to go and it is just next to central where you can shop or have a nice... More

Very unusual place with different mirrors and other funny things to see. I wouldn't like to enter into detail as it is good to have an element of surprise during your visit. Felt like a child again. Check in advance before your visit as there is a schedule for a 30 minute show included in the price of the ticket.... More

We bought our ticket as part of our entry to the Chateau, I don't think we would have visited otherwise, but I am glad we did. We only visited one floor and the magic show, but our boys (ages 6 & 3) really enjoyed this. The magic show was a complete unknown quantity to us, but we all enjoyed it.... More

Brilliant show with dragons coming out of windows of house in square. Really good cafés and restaurants in the square near to the attraction, very friendly but also pricey!

The ticket price seemed quite expensive, but we hadn't realised that it included a live theatre show, which was a wonderful delight. The optical illusion room kept us entertained for ages and if you make it up all the flights of steps, the Hallucinoscope was weird, but great. Watching the dragon appear out of an ordinary French building was fantastic.... More

Bad organization bad museum! Dragon show outside without ticket is the better part. The ticket is not worth the money you spent

Having no idea what to expect our 2 & 4 year old LOVED it here when we visited in May 2015. Not a lot to do on your the surface, but a good couple of hours of activity...We didn't do the 'history' bit though as was getting late. Loads of interaction! Nearly missed the magic show, bit it had no... More

Fantastic introduction to trompe l'oeil and magic tricks with a good show and exhibitions. Focuses on the famous local clock-maker and magician Harry Houdini (Houdin) of Blois. Check out the dragons!
