Just as other reviewers have found there was no a lot to hold our interest. Nicely laid out and the show was a fair attempt to entertain but really there was little story to enjoy or revelations to discover.

Very well located, just opposite the château, the Maison de la Magie, is a wonderful place for children and adults alike. Nicely pedagogic without being overwhelming and with very helpful staff.

I travelled to Blois with my parents over summer, but this little House of Magic has enchanted me since. We hadn't seen any publicity material, or heard of The Maison de la Magie so stumbling across the enchanted house full of moving, peering dinosaur heads from the shuttered windows over the square was mesmerising. It’s a really sweet attraction, and... More

Brought my 11 year old son again for the second time and enjoyed it again. Items in the shop are a bit of a rip off. Too expensive for tricks made in China.

We stumbled upon this place after having lunch in Blois. The kids wanted to go in and the price was not too steep (€28 for 2 adults and 2 kids). The first floor was a bit lame but the kids seem to enjoy it. We then went into the show.....oh my goodness....it it probably one of the worst things I... More

An enjoyable little museum and a good stage show let down by having no attempt at crowd management in the getting into and out of the theatre. It's worth the hassle, but it could be so much better very easily.

I'd "done" Chateau Blois (very good!) and was standing outside when I heard bells chiming. I turned round, saw shutters opening on windows and then....and then..... six dragons stuck their heads out of the windows!! They started tuning their heads and looking at each other like the Siamese cats in "Lady And The Tramp" (yes, I am that old!) and... More

2 adults and five children, travelled specifically into blois to see this attraction. Waited until 3.15 for the show, which only runs three times per day... 11.15, 3.15 and 5.15. We paid in, €9 per adult and €5 for 4 children over 6..... Entered into the room but could see no evidence of the "magic show" and returned to reception... More

Very interesting if you love a little magic, even the show at the end catered for both children and adults worth a visit

There was very little magic on display. The room of illusions was totally lame. There was a show which might have been entertaining for kids. Actually, if you have young children this might be worth a visit. Otherwise go walking in the town.
