The grounds of the chateau is really wonderful and worth the excursion from Beaune. Even on a Sunday you can visit the grounds. However, you need to go on a weekday to visit the cellars. However, the guy at the reception with the beard is quite snooty and on the arrogant side. Not very welcoming.

Nice but short tour of caves. One on one tasting of about 8 wines. We loved their Pommard Burgundies and ended with a case of 2008. It was personable and professional. The Grounds are beautiful as is the historic facility.

nicely restored Bordeaux style chateau, art gallery, with some wild stuff, restaurant, wine tour. ( not worth the time, let alone the cost)

We enjoyed the place and the food but the service was a bit too intrusive. We had a fanatstic view on the vineyards.... so a place that I recommand

Pretty place, but very overpriced. Beautyfull courtyard and garden, which you can see for free. The chateau is situated in a very old village with a pleasant atmosphere.

I stayed at Chateau Sainte Sabine, which was a short and beautiful 30-minute drive. Loved this region of France! Our guide was very informative and humble. He gave a great tour with very good information. Chateau de Pommard was my favorite part of France. Chateau de Mersault was great too, but there the tour is self-guided and naturally less informative.

This is, hands down, one of the most prestigious vineyards in the heart of Burgundy; if not, the world! The art collection is unrivaled; from Picasso to Warhol; amazing sculptures, it's simply amazing. And, don't miss the wine... it is superb! The tour of the wine cellars is amazing and every one speaks English, as well.

We picked Chateau de Pommard as our first chateau to see outside of Beaune, and were not disappointed. The property is beautiful. From the garden when you to enter to the courtyard, the contemporary art museum, the cellars, and the fields around, it really is amazing to see. They also ship wine to the US and we ordered a case... More

We thorough enjoyed our tour of Chateau de Pommard. The two us were escorted by our tour guide Martine. We were shown the vineyards, caves and of course the tour finished with a tasting. We discovered quite a few things that we didn't know about the production of fine wine. Our tour lasted an hour and a half. Martine was... More

very interesting to do a private tour and a testing in this very beautiful castle, wine are good a bit over prices, and unfortunately they don't have any more old wines, so only new wines you can buy and they need to age before you can drink them, but for sure they will age perfectly and become excellent, so are...
