There is nothing more amazing than seeing these real cave paintings. There is talk that this cave will be closed within the next couple of years so we decided we had to do this and saved Lascaux for our next trip. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the viewing even more interesting. Highly recommend! more

This cave is one of the few decorated caves remaining open to the public. Paintings by early homo sapiens decorate this cave lavishly. The guides are almost reverent about the 15,000 year old art.
