Anne-Hortense, our guide, was extremely well informed about the regions, winemaking process and overall culture.,

It was an experience of which, if it could continue on from one day to the next and the next, I could never tire. Needless to say, no words could do the natural and architectural... read more

It was an experience of which, if it could continue on from one day to the next and the next, I could never tire. Needless to say, no words could do the natural and architectural beauty of the Médoc area any justice and the joy of sharing wine, conversation, Comté cheese, sweet figs and authentic French bread accompanied by good... We had a fantastic experience on this tour. Being a small group - 4 plus our guide Remi - made for an enjoyable atmosphere. Remi was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. The tour was the perfect mix of learning about wine, history and the region, as well as having a fun day out in good company. Highly... More

My partner and I did a half-day tour of the Medoc region, which we booked through the Tourism Office. We had done a tour of the St. Emilion region the day before (with another tour company) and it was quite interesting to compare the differences between the regions and their wines. A tour group was small with just three other... More

I wholeheartedly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Bordeaux. My husband and I took the Medoc tour, but plan on returning for the St. Emilion tour as soon as we can. I knew a bit about wine already and wanted a tour that was less about drinking and more about learning about the wine culture of the Bordeaux region. That... More

We attended the wine tour in the Medoc region of Bordeaux. Our tour guide was Anne. She was friendly, knowledgeable about wine, and we loved the tour. I love my red wine and this was a great way to learn more about how the wine is made. I have developed a deeper appreciation for wine and how much goes into... More

Loved the tour by BordoVino in Bordeaux. Excellent tour guide Remi was very knowledgeable and made the experience a lot of fun. Excellent Chateaux chosen to visit out of the main tourist season. Very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We attended a group session (12pax), which also served as the 1st part of the full-day session. The 2-hr morning session was done entirely at the in-town location, while the afternoon session, which about half the people joined (we didn't) took them to some chateaux in Saint-Emilion. For a 2-hr session, they have developed a very comprehensive and concise introduction... More

I travelled to Bordeaux with a friend I only see a few times a year not knowing what to expect. As we arrived home and parted ways we both agreed that our tour with Bordovino absolutely made the the trip. Our tour guide was called Julie who not only had a lot of knowledge but made the tour fun and... More

It was a great afternoon with Julie our guide, who is well versed with the Bordeaux region. We were a small group of 7 guests that were picked up at the Bordeaux tourism office. We visited Chateau La Dominique, which is a modern establishment, located in Saint-Emilion. Lovely winery with restaurant. We also visited the medieval town of Saint-Emilion which... More

I went by myself as my husband was pretty busy working during our trip. I felt I learned so much and was treated to a very special tour of St Emilion at Sunset. Our guide was so kind and knowledgable. I loved learning more about the magic of Bordeaux wines. With BordoVino I felt comfortable, not intimidated by snooty wine... More
