Can be busy so try and book a few hours before you want to actualy go when you are there. No online booking yet. Commentary from earphones informative if brief at times. Not as personal as a speaker in front telling stories, but gave a good overview of the city. Could have done with the shorter trip that only covers... More

Worth the 12 euros for a tour of the rivers in Strasbourg. It's a nice way to get a sense of the city and see a lot in a short amount of time. The audio guide is informative, but not personal. I would have liked to ask a question, but it's not that type of a cruise. It was good... More

It was a beautiful day in Strasbourg and we decided to take a boat tour around Petite France, which included the covered bridges. First of all, be aware that the boats are enclosed, making photography difficult, if not impossible with the glare from the sun and also the metal supports inside the boat. I'd recommend walking if it's a nice... More

I always enjoying seeing a city from the water... it gives a perspective than walking the streets and the Batorama tour didn't disappoint. We were a family of 7 ranging in ages from 7 to 70 and everybody really enjoyed the cruise around the canals and through Petite France. The commentary which was in many languages was good and there... More

My husband and I went on this tour on Christmas day. We were very disappointed in the amount of information that was given during the tour. I mean, it's SUCH an old city and so much history but most of the tour was filled with music in between historical buildings of interest. We were ready to get off the boat!... More

It was a good trip, however we expected more for a trip lasting 1 hour and 10 minutes. It is good to take the boat throughout the day, because after 4:30pm during the winter you can see almost nothing. Most of the time is lost whenyou are waiting into the boat for the canal to be filled in with water... More

Dear Anastasia, It is true that during your trip on our boat, you navigate through 2 locks. Usually these two scenic spots are very much appreciated by our visitors. The first one is called “Lock of La Petite France”. It takes between 6 and 8 minutes to go through. It is followed by a bascule bridge. It is a very... More

This very affordable tour allows you to hear the tour in your language while sitting in comfort as you explore the canals and different sections of the city.

the tour was very well organized; they took us around the city canals and told us about the history of this enchanting city. The boat was heated and the glass roof allowed us to admire the city and the different style of buildings. The tour lasted for 1 h and the narration was in several languages. I would really recomend... More

We spent 2 days in Strasbourg so wanted to get a good overview of the town quickly. The tour was just over an hour. It was cold in Dec and the glass top kept us warm, and the narration was in several languages. It is nice to see the town from the water, on canals - and go through the... More

This takes the leg work out of it for the older generation. You can see the sights and listen to the commentary in many languages. We are young so we are able to walk around the city, but we thought the boat ride would be nice. I learnt things about the history of Strasbourg and I quite enjoyed myself. It... More
