The Strasbourg pass will cover entry onto the tour and entry to just about everything else you would want to do in Strasbourg. The tour itself is not the best and it is not very organized when you enter the boats, but the sights from the canal are incredible. Everyone should take the tour but I suggest not wearing the... This is a wonderful trip which takes a little over an hour. Be warned, it is very busy and you have to queue to buy tickets, which are for a later allocated time - perhaps two hours after you buy tickets. However, you travel all through Strasbourg and see the important areas, which you might not see on land. Also,... More

The line was very long and the people working at the ticket office were incredibly slow. The audioguide was not very good. It could have explained more things about the city or its history instead of having such long silent pauses. What they show you is really not that nice, let alone the ugly European Union buildings. The pace is... More

We saw this on our last day instead of our first, and I would really recommend you reverse that. It gave a fabulous overview of the city and there were definitely some sights/areas I wish I had discovered earlier (or had known more about when I visited them) that the tour would have helped with. The boats are WELL heated... More

I went on the 1 hour 20 minute tour. The tour was at a good pace, covering a loop of the canal and old city, and going to the EU European Parliament buildings. The audio guide is informative, and in multiple languages. Tip: Get your ticket a day early if possible! There were many people, and the queue was long... More

This canal tour is a great way to start your visit to Strasbourg. Not only is the recorded commentary genuinely interesting and available in a wide number of languages (and the kids version is hilarious), but this is also a very good way to see some gorgeous architecture. It helped us get situated and plan out our extensive walking tour,... More

We had planned to do this cruise on the Sunday, but when we stopped by and saw the huge queue for tickets along with the wait for the boat in the chilly wind, we decided to come back on Monday. This was a much better option as we only queued for about 5 minutes for tickets and were lucky enough... More

We bought tickets for an 11 tour and turned up to wait in the bitter wind 20 min early as advised. The boat didn't come and at 11:10 after some from the queue had gone to enquire, a member of staff came over and said that the tour had been cancelled due to a heating problem on the boat. This... Dear Claudia, I feel so sorry about what happened to your family. I can’t find any excuse. Our staff was just completely concentrated on finding out a solution to move people from the canceled departures to other ones with available seats. And it was quite a big deal. Nevertheless we should have come to you earlier and try to explain... More
