This is a quick tour of Strasbourg from the Rhine, lasting approximately one hour. The tour guide is a earpiece that you hold up to your ear after choosing your language. The boat has a lot of seating and the one we were on was covered by a glass roof. The river is a beautiful place to see the city... More

This was a relaxing boat ride around the town and lovely for resting your feet for an hour. There is an audio guide provided but as with most audio guides in France, the information seems incomplete and random. Better to take a walking tour to get any information.

I have taken boat tours of several European cities - it's one of the great ways to get an overview, as rivers are so central to the lives of great cities. Among my favorites are London (which I've done several times) and Paris (which I've taken at least three times). I now have a new favorite: Batorama in Strasbourg! There... More

We enjoyed this trip by batorama boat but at the end had concerns about how the vessels seem to have scant regard for safety. The glass windows and roof covered all the upper half of the boat with no apparent means of escape in the event of fire or sinking. Lifebelts are in covered boxes below the plastic seats and... More

We hopped on one of these boats to see Strasbourg from the river. It was fairly enjoyable. Fun to go into the lock and ride up and then back down. Such a beautiful city. We were in an open top boat, so we had a good view of the sights. Lasts about an hour. Good for first time visitors. You... More

This glass covered boat seats 131 people and after we'd bought our tickets with comparative ease (paid in cash) we boarded the boat and waited. Unfortunately and unexpectedly we were joined by two bus loads of tourists who crammed on board the boat making for a very congested trip. My husband and I had the very great misfortune to have... On the 13th of december 2014 we had a tour with one of the boats of the batorama company .the explanation we received about the history of the great synagogue of strasbourg of the quai des halles , which was deatroyed by the nazis during the second world war is falsified and simplified by the batorama company .there is a... Great, and elegant way to see the city sights. Modest fee, collected by credit card only. Embarkation and ticket box located east of Notre Dame Cathedral.

First you need to define your objective before going to boat trip. If you only want a flavor of boat ride its okay in daytime but if you want to see the beauty of city in night you will be disappointed. We went for last trip after 7 PM. We purchased the 12.50 Euro/pp ticket for 1hr 10 minutes trip.... More

This was a very affordable and relaxing introduction to the history and layout of Strasbourg. We arrived about 30 minutes before an 11:00 am departure and had no difficulty obtaining tickets; I noticed later departures appeared to be a bit busier. The audio guide was very informative (we enjoyed the little interjections of humour into the commentary), and having a... More
