I understand the sentiment of the reviewer, but the truth is there is absolutely nothing to see here. The monument consists of a simple plaque crammed between a busy tram stop and a shopping centre. It shouldn't even be an item on the "Things to do" list for Strasbourg. If you are going to Place Les Halles for the shopping... More

This is a simple Tram stop that will stop you in your tracks if you take a moment to think about what the monument means. There is a black granite bench here with gold letters that remind us that it was here that once stood a Jewish Synagogue burned by the Nazis on September 12.1943. Not much fanfare, but a... More
