We took the kids - aged between 2 and 9, they were all fascinated, especially the older ones. They loved the court reenactments. A great way to spend a couple of hours.

Free , open only on a Tuesday at the moment, i think extra opening on Thursdays in school holidays. it was very busy with ex police persons giving talks and tours. very intersting exhibits, a different look back in our history. well done

Don't just walk around on your own,join a group with the ex police officer on the tour. They are really informative and make the tour good.

Lived in Manchester all of my life, and passed this museum loads of times, so yesterday myself and my partner decided to go. It is a great place to go, all of the staff are ex police and really get you into the feel of the place. A School trip was being shown round and the guide was dressed up... More

My husband and I had a really good day going round the police museum in.Manchester the exhibits are excellent and take you back to a bygone age.the staff are brilliant and very informative will have to go back again to see the bits we missed.

Took my 12 year old here and we thoroughly enjoyed. Plenty to do and see and the staff were very friendly & helpfull. Highly recommended

Visited during the school holidays and as it was halloween all the staff were dressed as ghosts and ghouls and really got into the spirit of things. It's free entry which not many places are these days and there is a gift shop at the end that isn't too pricey which is another bonus. If you are planning a visit... More
