Free afternoon walking and taking photos of many different things, very interesting, bring your own food as there is somewhere to sit down, without paying huge prices.

Fantastic place; absolutely loads to do so had to go back for a second time. Really recommend the images exhibition, absolutely fascinating microscopic photographs, and even though we are 23 and 25, we really enjoyed the kids interactive bit again!

I visited mosi today with my girls (7&9) and we mainly had a great time. The way in which it is laid out is fantastic as yiu get a lot of space to see exhibitions and everything flows well. The staff here are very polite and helpful and I recommend getting a map as not only does it detail what... More

This outing was a great choice for my boys and husband. Alot a few good hours as there is so much to see. The staff are excellent explainers and very friendly. There are static displays as well as things fo explore and also explanations of how things were made such as the making of thread. A museum for all ages.

This is an excellent museum for adults and children alike, highlighting Manchester's important contribution and pioneering spirit to the industrial (and technological) revolution. Lots of walking, but the restaurant is an excellent stop-off point with great food. I can't wait to go back.

Visited with friends on a weekend break, enjoyed a few hours walking around the different areas in the museum. Really hands on and enjoyable could have spent longer there but we needed to meet up with other friends. Went into the 3D show and loved that considering we are a group of friends in our 50s we were like big... More

Took my Grandson who was over from the United States, specifically so see the mock up of the CERN Collider - which was awesome. We really enjoyed the whole museum experience and to see so many important machines and technology from our past on display was truly excellent.

The museum is spread over 5 enormous buildings, which are all converted warehouses/industrial spaces. It's great to see historic buildings being given a new lease of life rather than knocked down and replaced by a modern space. We went into building numbers 3, 4 and 5 and used the cafe in building 1. It was a humid day and the... More
