Ok so, the station is under massive Renovation I get that but it made it impossible I know where, if anywhere, to get food-put signs up please! We therefore went into the first place I saw-Pumpkin. The food was average but the service was deplorable. The young woman behind the counter was rude, didn't smile, no manners and zero customer... More

If you can go to a different station (I.e Piccadilly)then I suggest you do. The staff I have dealt with here are damn right rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. The trains are rarely on time and seem to change platform at the last minute. Probably due to the renovation, hopefully it will make it a better place.... More

I wanted to give it a 'poor' rating but it is finally being renovated so it should at least catch up to modern times. Very dull and cold station. It's very open inside so when it's cold it's cold there too! Always busy, especially now with the renovating works going on and nothing much to do inside if waiting for... More

As the commuter figures grow Victoria is becoming a key stop and with the new proposed chord to Manchester Piccadilly you will see a number of services route via this route. Hopeful the Northwest will see some of it old Buses on train wheels replaced for better commutter trains in 2015

Beautiful building set in the heart of Manchester opposite is the Football Museum, at the side is The PrintWorks. Minutes walk from the centre of Manchester. Once the renovations are done I'm sure it will be a well used station

I have to come through this place twice a day during the week on my way to / from work and have had to on and off for many years depending on where I have been working. Due to a lack of time and energy I'm not going to post a full blown rant but instead I will list just... More

This is a long review but it had to be said As someone who grew up commuting to manchester i can say that victoria station is by far the worst station in manchester (and possibly all of england) in services. They care more about renovating than serving customers when they money used could of been used on better staff. The... More

At first blush it is a blur with people rushing to and fro, but don't let it scare you. It is a one stop place for just about all your needs. Grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, all types of transportation lines, hotels nearby, and a great place to grab a snack, sit and people watch.

This was my first visit to Victoria Station. The assistance on both journeys was extremely good. I will be happy to travel via Victoria again
