I took my daughter to see Ed Sheeran at the arena last night, she was out of the venue by 10.10pm, we were still sitting in traffic adjacent to the venue an hour later! There was no traffic management at all outside of the venue, cars were stuck in all directions and it actually took me over 2 hours to... More

Went to watch the big reunion show on Sunday evening... THE VENUE: had no trouble getting to or finding the venue as we were stopping at the Travelodge over the road. It was my first visit to the arena and when I got in i straight away bought a bottle of water. The bottle was still sealed and was a... More

Once again a great night at the Arena Everyone I've been all the staff have been extremely helpful. Being blind having staff who know there job and how to care for a visually impaired person, makes the visit much less stressful

did a coach tour to this Arena to see Disney on ice - Big arena lots of staff and well signposted - expensive for drinks etc but no more so than other similar places - only dislike was no handrails going downstairs which were quite steep when taking children up and down them

Visited arena today to watch disney on ice with 3 young children, on arrival was approached by security guard who advised we couldn't take carrier bag with sweets into arena. Bit disappointed but fair enough, so as I tried to take the babies belongings from the carrier bag the guard named Martin snatched the bag out of my arm whilst... More

I had never visited the arena before prior to seeing Lee Evans and after reading some of the recent reviews was a little apprehensive. However, I left the arena very pleased indeed. The staff are great, they helped everyone to their seats and were on hand at the end of each seating section if anyone needed assistance. The show was... More

Lee Evans was fantastic but the arena was bit warm. Drinks are what to expect but hey ho you only do these things every now and again. Only gripe was toilets. The urinals seemed like they where leaking so standing in a inch of water is not v nice.

Well thought out seating plan, we were seated quite high up in arena but had a really good view & didn't feel too far away. Disadvantage, didn't seem to be any lifts for disabled visitors. I struggle with stairs & find it embarrassing when you are holding everyone else up being slow whilst walking downstairs.
