went here to watch Ant and Dec, easy to get in and even though it was busy had no trouble getting around, found drinks and snack s very expensive, but probably no more so than any similar venue. we had seats in the top area in zone 212 , which although high up and a long way from the stage... More

Wonderful visit to see Ant and Dec Saturday night takeaway. Easy to find, well run and all the staff very helpful. Toilets clean, some cubicles had missing locks but well stocked even after the intermission which is a rarity in big venues. Overall wonderful venue 😊

My husband and i booked front row seats to see the Eagles on 24th June and paid £300 each for the privilege. Our seats were Row A , Block 115, seats 15 and 16. When we arrived and were shown our seats we were totally shocked as we could not see the stage let alone the band! There was a... More

We visited the Phones 4U Arena (formerly the MEN Arena) to see McBusted plus supporting acts in concert on a very rainy Saturday afternoon in May 2014. McBusted were fantastic and the supporting acts very good, particularly Young Brando. Planning ahead, we decided to use the Market Street car park just off Deansgate between the Ambassador Hotel and Travelodge, which... More

Like many others who reviewed the Eagles concert, my friend and I had a horrendous experience at the phones 4U arena with the intense heat, scarcity of refreshments, bullying officials and bag searches. Our experience was probably worse by my friend actually fainting with the heat as a result of being refused access to the (much cooler) staircase. What is... More

Seen lots of bands here over the years from being very young watching boyzone to more recently watching the courteeners! It is MASSIVE. I'd recommend getting standing tickets if you can (and are able to stand for long times) as there is a better atmosphere - also if the people around you are annoying you can move :). Always very... We went to 'An evening with Sylvester Stallone' arena event. Sylvester Stallone was fantastic, intelligent, witty with some great anecdotes but the venue just didn't do him justice! First of all we booked parking in advance which cost a whopping £18! As we neared the venue there were several car parks advertising themselves as Arena parking so this was really... More

I attended this event with my son (birthday present). I was shocked, horrified, humiliated and uncomfortable throughout the evening, as with my son. On arrival at the venue security was in much evidence and we were subjected to body searches, ticket inspections, emptying of pockets and drug dog sniffing. No complaints with that. However being diabetic and following a gluten... More

Been coming for over 10 years! The stewards and staff in general are quite rude and very pushy. The arena is too big and seats are too far away from the performances especially in the disabled bay also carers have to pay which is unfair it means the disabled person pays twice and even with the discount it’s too expensive.
