Went to see the legend that is prince to see his "performance " at the phone4u arena on the 17th may ... Prince was fantastic as usual , strutting his stuff and belting out his music for nearly 3 hours . The arena itself is too big and overcrowded in my opinion with VERY VERY rude staff ... We opted... Been here twice since i've been in a wheelchair (once for before that) never had any trouble at all, it says on ticket master & the arena website to call if you're booking tickets & have accessibility needs & their team is great. I love the seats we get, raised, just me & my partner, no viewing restrictions, great view!... More

Came to see Robbie Williams on 30 June, the show was brilliant, how could it not be, he is robbie.....but I'm not reviewing him am I...the arena itself is very large, I'd of hated a seated ticket, so far away from the stage! My friend and I queued all day to get a good position, but when It came to... More

I have been to this arena dozens of times over the years however the only good thing I can say about it is that it gets some great acts there. I have finally decided never to bother going here again as its not worth the stress it causes having to fight your way round the place to get anywhere. Drinks... More

Spent £140 to see the Eagles and expected a professional organised event at this massive venue that i had never been to before. Had my bottle of water confiscated at the door despite telling the security i was diabetic. Their answer from a nasty supervisor was that i would have to forfeit my water and then go to see the... Too many bad review of the place but I think its a great venue and Robbie was amazing. A mix up with tickets but staff were helpful and I was upgraded to front row seats. Only downside was place was hot and no air conditioning. Been here before and enjoyed it then.

Just been to a Robbie Williams concert at the Phones4you arena, which was superb, but was totally shocked by the lack of organisation of the venue!! Yes, doors on the outside opened at 6pm but we were left to congregate in the narrow corridors until the doors to the arena finally opened at 7:10! A whole hour and a bit... More

I will NEVER RETURN to this venue. I went to see Robbie Williams on Sunday 29th June and started queuing at 7:30am. No personnel or security were to be seen all day, no barriers or cordons were put in place. Even when security did turn up at 5:30PM, there was only ONE, yes I repeat ONE young and cocky security... We went to see (the amazing) Robbie Williams. We had inner pit (standing) tickets. Only minutes before they opened the doors did they decide to attempt to separate the pit ticket holders from the general standing. Cue queue chaos!! Eventim had also made a mess of how they had marked the tickets. There seemed to be different versions of the... More
