We visited on Saturday with out 2 children who are 6 and 3 and we all had a brilliant time. The queue was quite large and we had to wait for aprox 30 mins to get in although the lady man in the queue said it would be 10 mins, there were lego tables for the kids to play at... More

Hi All, Read all the bad reviews and ignored them all and still went ahead with a party booking as my 5 year old loves Lego. I was disappointed that even though at every phone call when booking and amending numbers i asked if a note had been made that we are vegetarian, however still Ham sandwiches were bought in.... Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your party did not go as smoothly as the large majority of our other parties do so. I am looking in to the reasons for some of these points such as your group being split up going in to the Factory Tour as this should not happen. We are in contact... More

It's just a tired place, with not a great deal that's appealing. Scruffy and dirty, not worth the full price to get in, luckily I had a cereal box voucher so paid £31 for two of us to enter LEGOLAND and SeaLife. Wouldn't visit either again. Yes, it was a Saturday afternoon but it was complete bedlam. Would rather have... More

Thank you for visiting LEGOLAND Discovery Centre. I am sorry to read that you did not enjoy your recent visit. We do get very busy on Saturday afternoons and the Centre is full of children running around having fun. Although we do not have as many things to do as a full size theme park there are 3 rides, a... The Legoland Discovery Centre at the Trafford Centre is a convenient and fun option for a family trip out. It is located in an annex off the main Trafford Centre accessible by a covered walkway. If you visit on a weekend, you will most likely find a queue to get in. Visitors enter in groups, and have to wait for... More

I am glad that you think that we are a fun attraction. Using your Merlin Annual Pass is the best way to get maximum value out of a trip as it is of course included in the price and you may visit as many times as you like. Other good ways to gain good value entry are to book our... More

I think there are far better attractions in the area for the price than Legoland. We visited yesterday (23.1.15) and there were a number of issues. Firstly, I believe the entrance area is unsafe with a uneven floor that caused my niece to fall head first into the Buzz Lightyear statue. The staff were very helpful in providing first aid... More

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your recent visit to LEGOLAN Discovery Centre. I am sorry that your Daughter fell forward on to Buzz Lightyear. We have moved him forward a little so that he is now at the point where the two different floors meet. This means that small children will not need to be mindful of... More

Aimed at under 10s but even my 15 yr old enjoyed it. Thought that we would see more models but plenty to do. The cinema is great. Workshop helpful, play area fun an seating for relaxation. Did not buy food but there is option to do so.

Visited this weekend along with the sealife centre had a great time. There is plenty to do but suits younger children. The 4d cinema is great with more than 1 movie. The advice is to arrive early as can get busy.

Thank you for your feedback. I am happy to read that your family enjoyed themselves during their visit. Combining a visit to LEGOLAND Discovery Centre with a visit to Sea Life Manchester is a great way to spend a fun day at the Trafford Centre. Totally overpriced money spinning enterprise. Staff apparently think they have the right to speak to visitors like trash. Both of our lads were bored. Gift shop charges ridiculous prices. Don't bother.

Visited this attraction on new years eve. the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is very little to do here once you have completed the first part of the centre which does not last long.
