As a boy it was an absolute treat to be taken to Sandall Park - there were two boating lakes, a little train, kids parks, mini golf, pitch and put, cricket and once or twice a year a massive fun fair, manicured lawns and gaudy municipal flower borders, ice cream stands and a cafe. I absolutely loved it. Nowadays the... More

Great family outing out, perfect if you have young children as there is a pro and lots of place to run around. The cafe is a gem, the meals they serve are really nice, quick service (bacon sandwiches highly recommended!). Parking available as well. Massive field is great for a kick around for the kids too. Would recommend a visit!

Large park, with ponds where the numerous ducks, geese and swans will vie for your bread! A lovely walk around it, with a huge playing field, with large play area for children. Great on site cafe with very very cheap but tasty food.

A great little park on the outskirts of Doncaster. Small lake to walk around and feed ducks, playground for all aged kids, a bit of an adventure area for younger kids and a fantastic cafe.

Nice place for dog walking or a casual stroll dogfree on a nice day! There's a childrens playground, ice cream van and lots of open field for games like football or Frisbee with kids or whatever. The walk around the lake is nice with lots of swans, ducks and geese around. Good choice for a free afternoon out.

Lovely park. Nice pond on lots of wildlife. Pond could do with a clean if floating debris as i could see a dead goose. Not pleasant in the eye. Other than that this is a lovely area.

As a 27year old woman I am disgusted with the way I was spoken to at this park. It was a nice day so I decided to take my dog to Sandall Park. He's 22month old so is a very playful dog so I took him to the side where there were no ducks where he could explore off lead.... More
