A lovely park that I used to visit in my younger years when the train, boats and golf course we're in full swing. Now take my granddaughter who loves it just the same. Great signs for all to read and learn about the wildlife etc., great park/play areas for the young ones, recently been upgraded. Well worth a visit....

This park is only a mile from where we live and have to say we enjoy it everytime. It was a really hot day and decided to go and see the newest part of the park as my granddaughter loves the swings and slide. It has several parks to cater all ages with ice cream van and inflatable rides and... More

Lovely park for the young and old as a couple we love walking round the small lake then popping into the cafe for a cuppa. With our grandson we feed the ducks, take him to the play park, have a game of football then an ice cream before heading home. Really lovely afternoon for the price of an ice cream

Ahhh what a place to take young children. Went here with my children now returning with grand daughter. Cafe remains the same simple honest good food at very reasonable prices to meet the needs of even those with a tight budget. Many things to see and do. Nice and clean and great park for most ages of children. Will return... More

Sandall Park Cafe is a fabulous cafe, with no pretensions to grandeur, just the desire to fill hungry tums with satisfying food. The staff are welcoming, the menu is vast and the prices are cheap. It's very child friendly and the cafe provide ordinary orange squash for the kids at a low price, a Godsend for large families. It's not... More

We often eat here and it's always brilliant food at a very reasonable price. It is far from posh but it's clean and the staff (although always really busy) are always friendly. They serve simple straight forward meals and there is plenty of choice.

Wonderful place to visit, both park and cafe manage to keep up good standards. The park is a lovely place to see the seasons change and get some fresh air. The cafe is a welcoming, friendly place. The food is homely, great value and the number of regulars seem to have a real sence of community.

Good quiet park that is well kept and has a variety of wildlife and plants to make it interesting to most visitors of all ages. The pond tends to collect litter at times but it doesn't seem to deter the ducks. The park café is a little basic, but staff are friendly and the food is a good price and... More
