It all looks like a building site from the outside...the animals look bored out their minds & we genuinly felt sorry for them in their tiny enclosures...it all desperatly needs some attention half of it looks neglected this should be done for the animals sakes and would probably attract more visitors

I really don't know what some people expect. It's a zoo.The animals will be in cages/pens.If you want to see animals running around in a free environment get yourself on a safari to Africa or whatever. Anyway,we spent over half a day there and for the ticket price of £13.60 I reckon it was good value for money. There's plenty of... More

Went on family day out with my nan and hired a wheel chair which was a great help. The car park is all new and plenty of space. The zoo has lots of hill and is a hard walk at time. The animals are well look after but the pens looked old. There was a lot places to sit and... More

Lovely place to visit, lots of different species to see. The castle is well worth visiting and if you can climb the stairs to the top of tower to enjoy the view you can see for miles.

We are regular visitors to the zoo as we live locally and have renewed our annual pass our kids love the zoo, there are notable improvements the only down side that we find is when it's not peak season the train doesn't run not the best when you have 2 young children and a buggy! Other than that well done... More

animals very well looked after, however the zoo needs an up-date - there is a lot of good buildings from the 50;s 60;s or earlier but none of it is used

Zoo was interesting and there were lots of animals to look at although some updating was necessary. Food was expensive and a little on the greasy side although we were pleased to be alt to get 2 high chairs and plenty of room to be able to eat out of the glare of the sun. We were a little disappointed... More

I went to Dudley zoo on the 27th June. It was a lovely zoo, although some areas appears to be under construction. There is a good range of large and small animals, beautiful flamingo's and Peacocks that walk around freely. Great place for a wide age range of kids, lots to see and do. Highly recommend that you take food... More

Large Zoo with a lot of animals which you see that they are well looked after, there is also restaurants, play areas, a train ride, the castle, gift shop, fare ground and face painting so there is plenty to do. There are a lot of steps and it is lots of walking also so I wouldn't come here unless you... More
