Had a 2-for-1 voucher but would be willing to pay full price for this great zoo. Much improved over the years, the feeling as you walk around is that the animals love it here. The chair lift is working perfectly so even the less mobile (or lazy) can avoid the hill up to the castle and zoo. The walk is... More

Came here as part of a groupon deal at a bargain price! It was a fun day out with family and weather was nice so that was a bonus :) Easy to get around the park and managed to see everything. Generally, think it's aimed at a younger crowd but overall we enjoyed it and would visit if I was... More

Once past the dreadfully run down entrance from the car park, derelict buildings etc.. the actual zoo was brilliant, lots of activities for the children, play areas, lovely animals, castle ruins, food was quite pricey and basic, burger and chips, freshly cooked though. We had passed the zoo the day before and my small grandson had seen the road train,... More

I have never been here before I've always gone to Chester zoo, they are worlds apart Dudley zoo is really old and run down everywhere is over grown and everywhere looks like a building site The cafes are like something time forgot and food is bleak and you can enter the park at 10am but food isn't available until 'about... Visited here with my 13-year old daughter as it was included in our groupon hotel deal. We didn't have very good weather, but we spent an enjoyable 3 hours here. We took the train up to the top as we didn't fancy walking! In places there are some very steep paths, can imagine it could be difficult for people with... More

I haven't been to Dudley Zoo since I was a child, but now have a family of my own, and back in the Midlands for a few days we decided to go to the zoo for a day out. It was a drizzly, cloudy sort of day but we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of our time at the zoo. First... More

The last time I went to Dudley Zoo and Castle was decades ago. It cost me just over £60 for 1.adult, student and 4 children which I think is reasonable. I think the Zoo has done very well to remain a key tourist attraction in the Black Country. Staff are friendly and polite and there are a wide variety of... More

Couldn't believe the amount of animals that were I a closed environment and not much room to move around. The restaurant was nice. Food was lovely i must admit. They were feeding the meerkats and I went to get some food and a rude lady said 'sorry this is a paid talk, these people have paid to feed the meerkats'... More
