I have to say that I will not be returning to this particular zoo. Firstly the parking was horrendous and rather a long walk especially when you have a toddler and a pushchair plus bags etc. There didn't seem to be any structure to the parking and the entrance was also the exit so was utter chaos!!. The animals looked... More

Love it here, wish so me of the animals had bigger pens, but the zoo is being updated. we had a lovely day, were able to see all the animals as it was a school training day, loved the monkey walk through. Went through twice as it was quiet. Can't wait to return.

Had a very expensive and disappointing day here. I and my family were alarmed and appalled to see how some of the animals here are kept. the enclosures for so many of the animals is extremely small and not appropriate to the animals needs. Its alarming that the enclosures that some of the animals are in does not in any... More

We took out daughter here for the day for her birthday as she had never been to a zoo before so thought it would be a little different not realising It's all up hill! We couldn't find the car park so parked in a pub pay and display. We ordered the tickets online when we got to the front desk... More

The zoo is a good day out with children. As not every child can get chance to see animals in the wild, its good that they are able to see them in a zoo. I would recommend the lemurs, the tigers and the meercats. In the lemur enclosure they run around and the jump over you if you are lucky.... More

I am lucky enough to be able to see dudley castle from my front window, a great piece of history, and the zoo, though small has very friendly staff and it's refurbishment is well underway, we'll worth a day out with the family. Make a day of it by visiting the local nature reserves too.

Zoo is quite large with a variety of animals, and a lovely green area to sit within the castle with a small pub where you can purchase food and drink. There is also a small classroom which, has some interesting facts about animals for the children. There is a small children's fair (upto 10yrs) I would say, which works out... More

I have a yearly pass for the zoo, the staff are great, animals well cared for and Daseep the Sumatran tiger is a celebrity and a dream to photograph. Recommend the zoo highly.
