I used to live in the midlands and we went to this zoo often so when I visited Dudley I thought why not go to the zoo again, I heard it had been given a lottery grant I had a lovely afternoon every where was clean and the animals well cared for I would recommend a visit.

Overall we had a very enjoyable sunny afternoon there yesterday. A bit pricey to get in. We were 3 adults and some group discount would be nice. I did not understand the £1.50 'voluntary' donation which was forced on me. I also thought it was a cheek charging £3.50 parking in a very tatty car park. The whole place is... More

Living close I can say I visit regularly, but this year it's really looking great. There's loads of animals you can get up close to, including a small monkey walk through, Lemur woods, wallaby walk through. The improvements to the exhibits, including the restorations make the place look much brighter and cleaner. If visiting when the kids are back at... More

Arrived at the "under refurbishment" car park, directed by parking guy easily and smoothly. Entered zoo via stone chipping surfaced path past what seemed yards and yards of security fencing. Sign: : "Zoo Customer" badly sprayed onto concrete barrier set the tone of the visit well First thing we saw was a dirty inflatable slide, adjacent to an overgrown storage... More

Our day at Dudley Zoo and Castle was brilliant, member of staff greeting and directing people in the car park which was not only close to the entrance but also very clean and simple to pay for upon entry. The most pleasant thing about our day was the value for money, myself and two children felt that there was so... More

The animals were all lovely but the zoo didn't look like it had been kept very well. It looked run down and was very empty. Its a nice day out but i wouldn't go without a voucher

I had a few reservations about going to Dudley zoo as I'd heard it wasn't great. However with the inlaws living 5 minutes away and an animal mad 7 year old to entertain we set out. The temporary car park was awful, enough to put anyone off but once inside things improved. I think its fair to say they still... More
