Lovely location - Food can only be improved

We were told about that place and went happily but the food was not extraordinary at all for the £££s we paid. it is not worth it.

You have to visit this pub and wonder at how it tilts. You got to try the penny roll and watch your penny roll up hill. Don't be put off by the long drive to the pub it is well worth it.

The Crooked House is a place to visit if you are in the area and are looking for good for and drink. Worth a visit just for its curiosity value.

My parents live locally to the crooked house and we often walk by to feed the little chickens they house with my son. It's worth a visit if your over that way as it's just off the Himley road which leads onto some lovely country side driving up toward Kidderminster and Stourport. I'd probably suggest just a quick drink as... More

I am only writing this review with the hope that the owners read before this fabulous pub is lost to the lucrative business of boarding up. Absolutely rubbish service from staff who obviously did not want to be there and almost rude to mere 7 customers there were at peak time who clearly did not want them to be there.... More

Came here with my partner yesterday as she had never seen it before, the pub itself is definitely one of a kind however once entering the bar there was no staff to be seen, we waited a good 10 minutes to be served and in this space of time two lads who presumably worked there as they were behind the... I visited 30 years ago and as I was in the area I thought I'd 'pop in'....!!! It's awesome. This place has to be experienced and the atmosphere cherished. How it's still standing is amazing and fair play to the engineers and owners, they're doing a great job. Furthermore the food and drinks are very good. The staff are very... More

We'd been there February 2014 and it's a fascinating building and a nice pub. As soon as you walk in,you feel drunk without having a drink 😉
