Good value for money. But I think it would be better if there was a better variety and more imaginative food at the café. It is in a good position to attract those visiting Leamington.

Why is it that during the school holidays this place remains firmly shut on Mondays?? Get real and move in to the 21st century. Maybe I should've checked first I suppose. Can't review the attraction as I didn't get past the front door. Disappointing.

I went into the Pump Rooms as it was raining at the time. I was pleasantly surprised at the Cafe and the Museum; whilst the latter isn't huge, it's interesting and informative. There were a lot of children thoroughly enjoying themselves in one room. The information about the Turkish Baths and latterly the Spa treatment under the early NHS was... More

This must once have been a fascinating place, but it would seem that all atmosphere and history was destroyed by the seventies. It is now a cold, echoing place with no atmosphere. All the pools have been filled in and a lot of the interior destroyed - to be replace by a good but random collection of art work. A... More

Nice food, lovely location, sunny & airy. Often stop here when taking the children to the library. The one thing that lets them down and prevents them getting an excellent is that the staff are all young and inexperienced or poorly trained. They let the table clearing back up a bit when busy and don't get eye contact or speak... More

Arriving on a wet Saturday, we went to the Tourist Information Office in the Pump Room building only to find it did not open until 11.30, so had an excellent latte at the cafe together with a choice of the mornings papers to read. After we had finished our drink we found the Information Office was still closed but a... More

The Tea Room: I was going to give poor, but it's hardly the assistant's fault that whoever gives the orders around the place is a cheapskate. With all its airs and graces, I would've thought that Leamington Spa would do tea very nicely: a tea bag floating in a cup full of boiled water, cup then slapped on a tray... More

Attended a family wedding. Very, very hot, no aircon, roof leaks badly when it rained. Cafe part OK, but service quite surly. The floor and tables were extremely dirty.
