I booked paddle boring for myself and him and a wake boarding session for him as it was his birthday. I was pretty nervous about the whole thing (and definitely not looking forward to ramming myself in a wet suit). But it was great! Paddle boring was great and you don't get wet! (Unless your pushed in like myself) Kris... More

We booked in for kayaking and the staff were flexible rearranging it to an hour later due to bad traffic. Then when we got there and saw the stand up paddle boarding said we could swap activities no problem. Not many places offer SUP so was really great to try. Lots of fun and a good workout too! Lake is... More

We went Kiaking here as we got a voucher from Groupon. Its a little hard to find so make sure you follow the website instructions and not a SatNav as it will take you up the road. The Lake its self is not very big but it suited my family fine. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They left... More

I booked an hours kayaking through groupon for my partner and I. We found the place reasonably easily and found reception for the lake. The reception actually doubles up as a bar so was a little confused at first. Staff were friendly enough, we had to pay extra to hire wetsuits and i had accidentally booked a double kayak so... What a gorgeous location, fantastic place, tutors are so patient and full of enthusiasm. Such a fun thing to do, have been back 5 times these holidays already and intent to go many more. So far stuck with the wakeboarding but will very soon try Kyaking too. Really great food in the Gready Goose too. Just lovely

We went here with a voucher purchased on groupon, we had the best time ever and would recommend this to anyone who likes activities outside. We tried the paddle boarding and laughed from the moment we put on the wetsuits, I expected the water to be quite cold as it wasn't a very sunny day when we went but it... More

Stayed at adjacent Ream Hill camp site. Visited Wake Park's Greedy Goose cafe on a lovely sunny evening for some food and drink. Lovely location, music playing, friendly staff and good food well presented. Enjoyed time watching some wakeboards out on the water.

Nice and friendly place for watersports right between Preston and Blackpool. Went for some paddleboarding with my girlfriend and really enjoyed the experience and the space. Relaxed environment, cool cafe and good facilities.

Great facilities, staff, equipment and a cheeky bbq for the gorgeous days of summer! The only thing they can't do is arrange the weather! But you're going to get wet either way! Enjoy! Xx

Great location near to busy, bustling Blackpool. Facilities are improving all the time and the new timber clad cafe is a cosy place to sit and drink coffee whilst watching the activities. On a sunny warm day, it is lovely to sit on the comfortable deck furniture whilst others take part in the activities. Great for the main attraction of... More
