Can't recommend enough! Very impressive array of information. Loved visiting as a child and again as an adult. Would continue to take children here/tell people about this place. Definitely worth a visit, especially for primary school children - fun learning!

I have passed through Ribchester on countless occasions in my life and even though I have known there was a Roman Museum there, have never had the time or inclination to deviate the couple of hundred yards off the main road, to visit it. This visit is another one written-off from my ‘Bucket-list’ – and what a treat it turned... More

Parking close by is a nightmare - you can use the village car park and walk. The Roman Bath is underwhelming and the museum has some artefacts. The village is very picturesque but take care as the roads are narrow.

Had to visit after watching the HBO series - Rome. Visited the museum many years ago, happy to be reacquainted! Surprised by the detail in the museum. Would have visited the baths if hadn't been so waterlogged. Will take a look next moth!

Not worth the entrance fee. I expected a lot more than there was. I did not find it interesting at all.

Extremely small museum with very little in the way of interest. Don't expect to spend longer than 15 minutes there, one plus point is that you can shelter from the rain in there. Don't waste your time.

I really enjoyed the museum. It had plenty of information and artifacts for a small museum. It was also good value. Ideal for adults but I think children would be bored as there is a lot of reading

Live locally but first visit to Roman museum. Very impressed with display of local artifacts and worth a visit if you are a lover of the Roman Empire. Also remains of the Granary in the church grounds quite impressive
