We saw 'Swan Lake' ballet performed by a travelling company. The whole evening was lovely. the Library Theatre is always so personal and welcoming because it is small. Drinks are always served with a smile and it is so easy to park with plenty of eateries to use either before or after the performance.

A local feature that could be excellent with just a little bit more attention. The seating is such that no matter where you sit there is a good view of the stage. But oh how uncomfortable they are! When you have to sit still through 2-3 hours of a show, the chairs are so important and for anyone with any... More

The foyer has been refurbished, (nice) and the downstairs bar seems to have had a makeover, The theatre is the same; an intimate venue for an evening of entertainment. We saw Jasper Carrot and Bev Bevan, brilliant fun evening!

I often use Solihull Art Complex either for a theatre performance or to visit or exhibit in an Art exhibition. Recent improvements have been made to the entrance foyer of the Art complex which give a welcoming feel to the venue, with comfortable seating for whiling away the time before a theatre performance or just meeting a friend. The large... More

We wanted to see Tommy Fleming sing, and knew nothing of the venue, and were a little apprehensive about finding ourselves in the heart of a very large urban shopping centre. How silly! The Theatre is part of, (but distinct from) the main Library, and opens onto a very pleasant square with seats and a few trees. Inside it is... More

Hidden away is a little gem, a large and airy gallery. Local artists and international names exhibit regularly and there's always something to see before a coffee or a show in the theatre.

I most recently visited this theatre to see my auntie perform in 'Little Shop of Horrors'. It is a nice little theatre and the prices (e.g. for programmes) are quite cheap. It is very close to the Touchwood Shopping Centre where you can buy your drinks and snacks from, but there is also a shop in the theatre. Also, just... More

I have visited this little theatre on several occasions and have always noticed the friendly atmosphere there, as have my friends who often accompany me..The stage is really big considering the size of the venue, therefore, any productions taking place never seem overcrowded, which is a good thing. They have a wide variety of productions/acts appearing there and as it... More
