The Orchard is a really good theatre. Has a restaurant and well stocked bar. There are some wonderful shows and excellent pantomimes,

On Monday 7th April I went with my daughter and two grandchildren aged 6 and 3 to see The Gruffalo at the Orchard. As soon as we entered the foyer we queued to buy a felt cutout of the Gruffalo on a stick which every other child were holding, this was an extra £8 on top of the £48 pound... More

I went to see The Gruffalo today with my 5 year old daughter and two 4 year old nephews and to say I am disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. Lack of staging, costumes and cast members made this the worst theatre production I have ever seen. The set did not change, there were only 3 cast members and... More

I went to see Fiddler on the Roof with Paul Michael Glaser. Amazing, fantastic and in my humble opinion West End quality. For anyone reading this review, if this production of 'Fiddler' is playing near to you, it's a must see, you will not be disappointed. As for the actual venue, well it's a bit of a mixed bag really.... More

I go to a few shows here as I like the shows they put on. However the last few times I have had pre show meal and it was great. A good choice of food at a fair price. I will be going back and eating again and you should do the same

Dreamboats and Petticoats transfer from the west end stage well to the Orchard theatre in Dartford. This lovely theatre less than couple of miles drive from the M25 and the QEII Bridge, is a nice theatre, with plenty of choices to park for the matinee shows, even a whole day in the main Town car park being just a few... Another great production. Group including some disabled members, comments from the group, feel good factor, their era in music bringing back memories, new all the words so they could sing along. I had the pleasure of seeing this show in London would go again .

My husband and I took my mum to see 'Seven Brides for Seven Brothers' - we were very disappointed with the production, the sound quality was poor and we were straining our ears to hear, the lead singer didn't have a very strong voice which was needed for his part in the show. We paid £36 each for our tickets... More

I never thought of reviewing this theatre on tripadvisor. But since we are such regular customers I thought I would. We would prefer to go to the Orchard theatre than to a London theatre. The view of the stage is excellent from most seating although we are familiar with the layout so confident in booking for events. The productions are... More
