The positive- They have a huge bouncy castle Lots of animals to pet including snakes. Kids loved it! Feeding the lambs & holding the chicklins were the highlights. Donkey and track ride were additonal £1.00 but were included in the birthday party price. They were good. Negatives Cafe food was terrible & pricey. Do they have a chef? Or anyone... More

Went last week with the family. Fed the animals and loved pets corner. A nice play area for children and plenty of animals to see! My two year old daughter loved it . Highly recommend

Visit this place with your family. It's a great place. Super family friendly. The animal corner is like no other. It's a really great place with lovely staff. A must do if,your with a young family in the area.

Had a lovely few hours with my 9 year old daughter and 20 months gran daughter who is gluten intolerant, although the cafe there don't do gluten free meals/snacks they did make a cheese salad especially 😊

Reasonably priced and a very good selection of animals to see. The farm was clean, well organised and had good facilities for children. Baby change and bathroom facilities were clean and there were plenty of hand wash stations. Staff were friendly and the cafe sold freshly made quality food. Adults loved it, kids loved it. So good we booked one of our children's birthday parties. Everyone is a kid at Smithills! What more needs to be said?

Me and my in-laws took my two year old daughter for a nice day out, the day was going fantastic, my daughter was stroking there very friendly animals well what we thought was friendly, until one of the pigs bit my daughter and when I took my daughter to the reception they brushed her off with an ice cream and... visited this place first time today with 5 adults and 22 reception children. Every child had a wonderful time petting, feeding, stroking and holding animals. For a special treat they all got a ride on a donkey and tractor. The farm is well equipped for wheelchair users. Has a restaurant and gift shop. Reece our tour guide is the farmers... More

i love this place!!! great day out for all. we've been with toddlers and prior to this, as a family unit with no young children! the barn show is great and there are lots of pets to handle throughout the farm. the food in the cafe is actually reasonably priced and varies from hotdog and chips to toasties etc. dont...
