Recently visited and although I managed a few bargains, I was a bit disappointed. I felt that Cheshire Oaks was definitely better laid out and had better discounts. One shop that isn't anywhere else though is the John Lewis outlet and that had some great furniture bargains - we wished we had taken our larger car with us!

Live the old train sheds however not overly impressed with the shops. For example next now just produce a special line of clothes for its clearance stores. So you now buy clothes that are a bit cheaper but aren't discount bargains.

This place does what it says on the tin - high street stores offering genuine bargains. Picked up pairs of kids Clarks shoes 30% off, a half price M&S suit and massively discounted Gap kids clothes. Clearly some of it is not genuine reductions so you have to watch out and compare to what you may pay on the high... More

Me and the other half have been here a few times. Came across it online so thought we'd take a look, yes its not the biggest in the world but the deals available have always been great. Have walked away with plenty of items, Bench and Superdry have always been very good in particular. Plenty of parking available, is a... More

Bit disappointing. Not really a good selection of stores. Staff are pretty attentive at best. But better places to spend your money.

Was passing and had a few hours to kill so stopped in here. Location and access is very good, lots of parking and we'll signed. There is some interesting building and the place looks great, lots of high end shoppe and restaurants. Shopping is not my idea of a good day out but my partner thought it was great. Well... More

Spent quite a pleasant couple of hours here on a wet and windy January Saturday. We stumbled across it by accident (not being locals). It was quite late in the day, and most of the shoppers can been & gone, so it wasn't too crowded. A reasonable range of shops. The buildings are the old workshops used when trains were... More

An unusual outlet - similar to a train station. Lots of different shops and at the time we were there had some nice lego displays of a watch and shoe.

To some extent, the lure of the internet has overtaken the appeal of outlet villages. Current season's merchandise is readily available at big discounts online, so why make a special journey to buy old stock, funny colours, or stuff that just didn't sell at full price? Of course, there is always the hope of finding a real bargain amid all... More

The McArthur Glen in Bridgend is far better. This is OK if you are close by but not worth the effort otherwise. Shops are limited. Far better shopping and food outlets can be found by venturing into swindon itself.
