Loved the layout as you didn't miss anything! The staff in the shops we visited (which was the majority) were really nice and helpful. I live in Swindon and was disappointed to see so many negative reviews of the outlet experience. I have visited other outlets, including Bicester and The Street and found them crowded and overpriced with hard to access parking and very limited eating facilities. The outlet is starting to let itself down as they are shutting really good shops. Having said that, there is still a fairly good range of shops for adult clothing and suitcases. What they need now is more children's clothing as Mamas and Papas and Pumpkin Patch have both gone. Phase Eight also disappeared recently which was a huge shame.... More

The good thing is that the Outlet is all undercover and designed for easy shopping. A smart locomotive awaits restoration and is an attractive feature as the shops are in the old Swindon railway works.
