Nice walk, sun, snow, rain what ever.

Nice place for walk with family or on your own. A few tracks spread around to variy your route. Pop into the hotel for afternoon tea, its very good.

This has always been a little secret, a park that many do not know about or cannot be bothered to get out of their car to investigate. Careful management of the environment and improvements to the pathways allow visitors to take short or long walks with woodland, lake and ponds to enjoy. This is a popular place for dog walkers... The walks are amazing, we visit here a lot and always come back feeling refreshed. You can ride bikes around, feed the ducks, look at wildlife and they are always doing various activities - there are even toilets!

A haven of peace and beauty with every aspect of the countryside that you could wish. forest paths open fields a lake with fish, birds a loads of natural pond life. Good pathways even in winter months a haven of peace very close to a busy industrial and service industry town.

This is a lovely place for all things wildlife. With pond dipping and woods for exploring it's a great day out.

A lovely park (mostly wooded) good access for wheelchairs on the main paths, dog friendly, wouldn't bother with the Roman Villa as nothing to see, feed the ducks and swan on the lake.
