I was a bit disappointed when advised that two people walk one llama but have to say it was a very different and enjoyable afternoon. Suzanne and Mary are very knowledgeable and full of interesting information about llamas and alpacas. Well worth doing in a picturesque landscape and rounded off with a nice cuppa and cake at the end of... More

Thanks for your review, we are pleased you enjoyed your trek with us. Apologies if you would have preferred a llama each, we do offer this option on all of our treks, but in high season we become booked up very quickly & it maybe that when you booked there was only one llama left for 2 people to share.... My wife and I took our granddaughter on the Farm Experience as she is only six and not able to go on the longer treks. I must admit I wasn't expecting anything very exciting, the thought of taking a llama for a walk was not high on my list of priorities. How wrong I was, it was excellent, the staff... More

We had two hours with an excellent introduction to Llamas followed by a walk with the llamas, one or two persons with each llama. Good for children and adults, a relly different experience. After the walk there were rabbits toe stroke and ponies to groom. A fun afternoon

The llamas, the landscape and the people are all beyond wonderful. I highly recommend booking a trek whether with family, friends or on your own. It's an experience that you will be talking and thinking about for a long time. The staff is so supportive and knowledgeable and the llamas could not be sweeter. Suzanne has a gift of matching... My husband was initially doing this for me and once booked he was amused at the prospect of walking a llama! However, I don't think that even he was prepared for how adorable the chaps would be and how different all their personalities would be either! Suzanne is clearly very passionate about her animals and gave an informative and comical... More

This experience is one my husband and I will not forget and we will definitely be doing it again and bringing friends and family too. The setting is beautiful, the staff are very friendly and knowledgable and the llamas are extremely endearing. We did the half day trek which was excellent value for money. Who knew trekking with llamas could... More

We'd booked an on farm trek while on holiday in North Yorkshire and were not disappointed my face ached afterwards from smiling and laughing so much. Suzanne and Mary a great and show a real passion for the Llamas and Alpacas knowing them all individually really well. We walked a lovely llama called Aztec between us and he was fab... More

What a superb experience!! To echo another reviewer, this is definitely *the* thing to do in the Yorkshire Dales vicinity if you love animals. There is a humorous sign when you arrive warning that the llamas will capture your heart and we can attest that they certainly did. The owners are quite obviously running a labour of absolute love and... More

Spent a wonderful few hours in the wonderful company of Noodle, Tobie and the other Llamas and alpacas. Booked a farm visit, and after a great introduction by Suzanne and Mary acquainting us with the Llamas and their personalities, set off on a trek around the farm. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, we will definitely book... More

We booked this experience the day before over the phone with Suzanne the owner - extremely friendly and helpful. She booked us both in on a children's trek (£14.50 each) Suzanne remarkably remembered the entire groups names (10) and happily answered any questions we had along the way! Couples were paired according to the quirks and personalities of the llamas... More
