I had the half day trekking experience bought for me as a present. The trek started with Llama familiarisation and I was introduced to my Llama, Jack, who was a star on the trek. Love to Jack :-). The trek is very well organised and the staff friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They have a genuine interest and affection for the... More

This was a really special present from my mother for my 30 year old daughter and myself;a perfect choice as we both enjoy walking, the countryside, and like animals. Each llama has a distinct personality, different quirks and behaviour, and we learned a lot as well as throroughly enjoying the whole day )9.30 to 5.30)we spent with our llamas. I... More

Our on farm trek was a treat for our 11yr old niece, but just as much fun for her 60 plus uncle. I would recommend this to my friends of all ages

An amazing experience - taking a llama for a walk is just really good fun! This is not cheap but it is good value. We would definitely do this again when next in the area (but hopefully on a cooler day, you know it's hot and still when a llama panting on the back of your neck is a welcome... More

We were given a half day trek as a birthday treat. It wad great fun and very relaxing. The llamas were beautifully behaved and the trek attracted really nice and interesting people. The countryside we walked through was beautiful and we had a pleasant lunch afterwards. Noodle the llama was a true gentleman and the staff kept everyone safe. What... More

What an excellent time we had here. Lovely hospitality, beautiful countryside. We will return, but maybe when it's not so hot! I can't recommend this enough. You really need to get this on to your things to do list. Unique and worth every penny.

Following a very warm welcome, we were introduced to all the llamas trekking today. Each llama is paired to the personality of the visitor as Suzanne took time to talk to all the visitors. I had Bertie, and he was a perfect companion for the walk, and quite a personality trying to eat everything in his range. My partner had... More

my sister and I went to Nidd er sale on 3rd July for a llama trek and have a wonderful time. We were warmly welcomed and given an introduction to the llamas and alpacas whilst hearing about their history, personal characters and habits, and the history of the farm. We had paid £35 pp which meant we each got to... More

On arrival we were warmly greeted and introduced to the rest of the trekkers and llamas. On pairing the trekkers with the llamas I was lucky enough to be paired with Jack, the lead llama of the trek and a real character to boot (he never stopped eating and insisted on having a good scratch against walls and shrubbery). The... More

Everything about this was first class. Suzanne has clearly worked hard to build a fun and enjoyable experience for her customers. Everything was extremely well organised. Booking handled efficiently, excellent directions to find the farm easily and a well organised trek with some fabulous Llamas and Alpacas. A stop for refreshments in some beautiful woods was an added bonus and... More
