Great little find. Lots of llamas and alpacas of different sizes which we took for a walk on a lead around the farm. Very knowledgeable staff. Also had other animals such as rabbits and Guinea pigs. Great for our 9 year old. Longer walks with the alpacas also available.

This was one of the best mornings out for us in recent times. The enthusiasm and fun that the two leaders (Suzanne and Mary) put into the pre, during and post trek was fantastic. It was a slow, pleasant stroll with such lovely creatures with great personalities. It was hard to say good bye even after only knowing our new... More

I booked a scenic farm trek for myself and my better half - my thoughts were for us to do something relaxing yet a little different following the chaos of Christmas and New Year. Although the thought of a "trek" doesn't sound relaxing, walking through beautiful Nidderdale with a pack of llamas was an absolute pleasure. Suzanne and Mary were... More

I bought this as a sort of joint-Christmas present for my girlfriend and I, and although I got a confused look when I told her about it, we both absolutely loved the day finding out about the llamas through Suzanne, walking around the local area (good weather is pretty important here), and getting to know Jack (the llama) as we... Worth every penny. We were the only family there as it wasn't busy during Jan but they never overcrowd. We booked the farm experience, our girls age 13 & 10 loved it. They're both Llama mad! We got to get close with the llamas & the walk was beautiful. We are going to return in the summer. Thank you to... More

1/10/15 This was our second trek with the Llamas, opting for a half day trek this time , we did the Farm Trek on our first visit, about six weeks earlier. This truly is a therapeutic activity to the high speed 24hr society that we live in. The world goes past so quickly these days, that sometimes you just need... More

My daughter bought my husband and myself a trip to the lamas and I have to say we had a really fab time. The animals are amazing and you get a lesson about them so it's really informative .. After we were offered hot drinks and biscuits included in the ticket price...we were lucky in that the sun was shiny... More

We went along to nidderdale llamas with great excitement and we was not disappointed , what a great day we had. My grandson thought it as wonderful and we all learnt so much from Suzanne, I have to admit little Gary was my favourite but Chester and Gus were the cutest ever. Suzanne explained all you need to know and... More

An amazing experience walking with the Llama - matched as well as possible to your strength and personality. These beautiful animals add to the walk in picturesque Nidderdale and it's a great experience for adults and kids alike. Wear stout boots if it's been wet (most of the time)
