When in Peterborough do visit Queensgate shopping centre. You park on site and it's just a short walk to all the shops. The shops are located indoors with a ground floor and upper floor accessed by escalator, lifts and stairs. There are ample restaurants and coffee houses for rest periods in between the shopping safari. The complex features all the... More

The shopping centre itself is quite good with a variety of shops, although there were not many eateries which was disappointing. The M&S ladies section was also in another location in another street outside the arcade so that was also a disappointment. The M&S café a nightmare, no tables cleared absolute chaos. And not the easiest car park to park... More

Just came back from shopping at Queensgate and was pleased I could find all I wanted under one roof! Place is packed with shops and there are always bargins to be had this time a year! The only downside are toilets, not cleanliness because they are spotless, but LACK OF THEM!They are on the 1floor were lifts to the car... More

Queensgate has been open for many years & has grown in that time. Not a perfectly designed place, but once you get your bearings it has the usual great shops, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer etc..................................

My wife and I visited Peterborough for a short break, we knew the shopping centre was there as we looked it up before we came, quite surprised by the amount of shops in the centre and there were only a couple of shops that were closed and empty, clean and tidy with plenty for of shops for everyone.

This shopping centre was clean and not too busy (even on the saturday we visited) We live nearer to Lakeside and Bluewater so expected to be disappointed but were pleasantly surprised by the size of the stores (especially John Lewis). We thought it was a nice alternative and the staff we had dealings with were all very pleasant.

The word that comes to mind when thinking about Queensgate shopping centre is 'fine'. It doesn't dazzle, but it has pretty much everything you need in one building. It makes shopping much less annoying, which is welcome for me.

A well set out shopping centre, with lots to see and do.A most excellent set of shops. Take a step outside the centre and there is a lot more to see and do.Well worth a visit . Parking is easy but a little expensive.

Over all I find the place both dull and dingy. Not only that but I was accosted by marauding group of teenagers on TWO different occasions. One group threw things at me, the other on another occasion were extraordinarily abusive for absolutely no reason. Having travelled widely, I'd like to note I'm not usually accosted anywhere! Maybe I was unlucky,... More

This mall is virtually invisible from the traditional town center streets cape but thoroughly modern and diverse once inside. A full range of mall shopping choices are available in an open and inviting layout. Clothing is a major presence but department and food & grocery venues are well-represented. Way access to the cathedral, train station and an attached car park... More
