A quaint shopping centre built a long time ago. The design is a little dated & doesn't let in enough natural light but it is quite efficient & provides lots of shops to a huge catchment area & the farming community as a whole. Cleverly situated bang in the middle of Historic Peterborough with the Cathedral & it's Square just... More

Step back into the 70's , with this 70's designed shopping centre which sprawls across the centre of Peterborough linking the bus station with Cathederal square. I am now used to the modern multi-storey malls in Asia which offer the complete shopping experience, and which highlights the limitations in the Queensgate centre. What Peterborough has is a dated, gloomy shopping... More

There is a good range of shops and something for everyone. It was decorated lovely for Christmas which was a great experience. There are plenty of places to stop for food/coffee. Quite a few shops you don't get in your average town which is good. It is quite a busy place which is fine for me but is not for... More

City centre shopping containing a mix of major retail stores and individual shops. Lots of places for eating and drinking. Ample parking, and also easy access from the Bus station. Car Parking is free for late night opening on Thursdays.

What an unexpected delight, if I hadn't known I would have thought that this mall was less than 10 years old. Very clean and up to date decoration, all the usual shops and a huge John Lewis. A short stroll will take you into the centre of Peterborough with its interesting medieval architecture and cathedral, well worth a visit. Car... More

Its design is like walking into the worst part of 80s architecture. A dark, jaded and somewhat impractical shopping centre due to the lack of lifts and cash machines. The range of shops is limited and the whole place needs a complete overhaul. Stuck in the past

My wife and I travelled down from North Yorkshire to visit relatives and decided to take a trip into the city. I was somewhat disappointed by Queensgate as, although it is quite big, it doesn't really provide anything different. We also visited Cambridge which now has a magnificent shopping mall with very different shops. Peterborough is a bit of a... More

John Lewis, M and S, Pandora, Thorntons, Lakeland, BHS and much more. Good parking, well signed. We ate in BHS and were happy with the food and the prices. We both had a salad, one prawn Mayo and one chicken and bacon, both had a good variety of leaves and we both enjoyed our choices. The hot good looked good... More

I've lived in the area most of my life (and for 8 years in Peterborough), and I've seen this place peak and trough in terms of shops available. It's always been clean, but it hasn't changed much in terms of structure and decor for as long as I can remember. Shops rotate on a regular basis, with the exception of... More
