We played woodenbridge twice this weekend as part of the wicklow golf tours. The staff were not just professional but also helpful & friendly, a mixture you don't get too often. The course is set in the heart of stunning scenery which can cause you to forget about the golf, which with the river coming into play is no bad... More

We were a fourball on a Friday. Weather was scorching. What a great course, in perfect condition. The setting of it is very impressive, nestled beautifully in a bally amongst the rivers. The food in the bar was 1st class also. Got the golfers grill, definitely won't walk away hungry!!

We played Woodenbridge Golf Club recently. It is the second oldest golf club in Ireland. I know the links courses in Ireland get all the accolades, but I've played both links and parkland courses like Woodenbridge and I have to say this is one of the best golf experiences of my ten trips to Ireland. The Vale of Avoca is... More

Woodenbridge golf course has been around for more than 125 years and is one of the hidden gems one comes across on occasions. The course is quite a challenge as it is very tight and a wayward ball can see you in trouble and even out of bounds . The design of the back nine in particulate is excellent and... More

Nice sites and good fairways and greens and the food really nice, even though I played bad, sorry to the course.
