This is a great park just outside New Ross in Wexford run by the OPW. It cost us €10 to get in for a family ticket but this is very reasonable given all the events organised by the park during the summer. It's best to go on a Sunday during the summer because they organise BBQ days with music and... More

As children, we were always brought here when holidaying in Wexford. It hasn't changed in 35 years. Still the best place for a picnic and to spend an hour or two rambling in the gardens. The kids love to run free and the feeling of openness is unmatched. Good toilet facilities and cafe. The best thing about the arboretum (unless... More

I really do love the walk around Kennedy park. I use it to help me keep fit. Every season there is a new bloom to help keep the eye occupied on the walk around. Some hills but nothing steep which help push my lazy butt. My favourite spot is just before the end before I get the arboretum there is... More

It's a great green area where you can have a good time, moreover when the weather's hot. A very interesting orienteering activity is organized all over the park which is funny for teenagers, due to the difficulty level is suitable for them

A wet day for us but still an impressive place. Nice café and play area. Some of the signs for the walks have been removed.

So many unusual and rarely seen trees and shrubs, a heaven for beautiful butterflies we spied dozens of the Ringlet. We took the advice of the lady in the ticket booth and followed the Red Walk. Be sure not to miss the Viewpoint, across the road as you leave. Definitely put on your walking shoes as there is so much... More

This is a beautiful parkland with many wonderful species. The many varieties of trees & the splendour of the area is quite beautiful & it's an exhilarating place to walk. There's also a very nice coffee shop with home made cakes etc & a good picnic area & play area for families. Across the road from the main entrance you... More
