Lien our guide did an amazing job of bringing the sorry to life. The by play with the Luther tour guid was fun. She added humor to the story. Beautiful house!

Well worth a visit, this beautiful Georgian house was home to the Archbishop of Waterford. You can visit at your own pace, as I did, with an audio guide.

If you plan on visiting the Bishop's Palace I cannot rate the tour more highly. Not only is it entertaining and really funny, but the guides/re-enactors are spot on with their knowledge of Waterford history. A beautiful Georgian house that records Waterford history from as early as 1700. The palace offers a guided tour by two energetic tour guides who are even dressed in costumes from this era, they were very informative and full of humour. The treasures on show are magnificent. I realize how lucky I am having such history on my doorstep - born and living in Waterford but after visiting the Bishops Palace it really brought it home to me. we recently visited here and had lunch first in the little cafe. The quality of food was delicious and a lovely cafe. The tour was good too , I liked the fact we could do our own audio and go at our own pace. It was all ver interesting,definitely worth a visit.
