Beautiful displays. Expert, helpful and friendly staff. Disappointingly, factory visit not available.

We joined a group of more than 20, but the guide made it work. It took roughly just over an hour to see the factory and showroom. The guide plugs their headset into a speaker at each section so hearing her was not an issue. We saw the glassblowing, then all the skill and craft it takes to get a... More

On our first trip to Ireland, Waterford Crystal was one of our must-see places. Parking is available behind the factory in a public lot for 1e per hour. We were the only two on the tour, so it was very personal and we had no trouble hearing the guide. The tour tells of the history of the factory and shows... More

We had an excellent tour and so enjoyed watching the craftsmen. The guide was very informative. Our group was large so sometime it was a bit difficult to hear. I was amazed that those blowing the glass didn't even wear safety glasses. At the end of the tour we got to enjoy the showroom. Although the items are expensive there... More

I love crystal, but seeing the time and attention put into each piece of Waterford Crystal had given me a new appreciation. The showroom is amazing alone, but the tour was very interesting. I would definitely recommend when visiting Waterford!

I love waterford crystal so knew that I wanted to visit the factory. The tour through the factory is not to be missed. You actually are able to see many of the pieces being made and all of the steps it takes to make a piece. There are also many pieces on display that have been made for important events.... More

We really enjoyed the tour. Was a bit pricey, but was one of the top things we did in Ireland. You will understand why the cyrstal is so expensive once you take the tour. Guide was very informative and quick to answer any questions. They were working on the NBA 2015 trophy when we did the tour, so we saw... More

We stopped here to pick out four high ball glasses to add to our existing collection of Waterford crystal. Prices are a bit deceiving. The price you pay is the higher of the posted prices. The 'tax free' price involves applying for a tax free shopping zone card. Then when you leave the country you have to find a kiosk... More

Definitely worth the time to visit this wonderful display of glass. An incredible range of creations. Many of the items on sale were way beyond our budget but nevertheless you have to admire the skills that it took to make them. This is real quality ... and some items are heavy . Yes you can touch !. We did buy... More

Was very pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this tour. The craftspeople - yes, both genders - engaged with the group and this, together with our guide, made for a memorable experience. A strong recommendation!
