This excellent museum is in the center of Waterford on Merchants Quay overlooking the river. The building also houses the visitors center and an excellent cafe. It is in the original Waterford Crystal building from the 19th century. The museum has many historical artifacts, charters, scrolls, clothing, etc. covering the history of the area from the Vikings to the present.... more
