I have gone to this show every year since it started and indeed sometimes on two occasions. It is a wonderful show and my visitors from overseas were delighted and enchanted with it. Loved it

Yes...it's geared towards tourists. Yes...it's in a hotel ballroom. Yes...it's hard to follow the story (such as it is). But the absolute first-rate quality of the singing, dancing & musicianship made The Legend of Grainne Mhaol one of our family's (two parents, two teens) favourite activities during our two-week trip to Ireland. It was a blast!!

Fabulous musicians and it is great to see the traditional arts of Ireland being kept alive. James Kilbane has a fabulous voice and a special mention must go to the banjo player.

End of season may have been the reason for so-so show. If you like musicals this may be ok, but was disappointed that we had to read the program to follow the story (tough in the dark).

Absolutely superb performances from every person in this brilliant show! A true experience of Irish music, song and dance. Without any doubt, this was the highlight of my annual visit to the Emerald Isle and the best show I've seen upon doing so! Don't miss any opportunity to see this outstanding concert :-)

Did not expect the show to be this good. The Pirate Queen story line really does not come through but it's a great theme for the show's talent. Dancing, music and singing were outstanding. Will close for the winter next week.

Overall a very fun experience. The music, singing, and dancing were truly superb. The set and costumes were pretty sad, but once you get past that ... well it's a little hard to get past that honestly. For 25Euro a head, I would think they would be able to update things a bit. That being said, I really enjoyed the... More
