The University of Limerick is a modern university with many fine buildings on a campus that straddles the river Shannon. The 'Living Bridge' which sways gracefully, provides pedestrian access from the student accommodation to the faculty buildings. The elegant Plassey House is a beautiful setting for evening functions & I was fortunate to have enjoyed an excellent dinner there.

You can get to the University by walking a 3 mile nature path from Limerick. We did this with some local gentleman that were anxious to show us around. What a beautiful walk in to an amazing campus. The sports center is very large and was busy with activity.

Wonderful campus for a conference. We were there for four days and the conference was wonderful. The buildings do not have air conditioning or air flow system which made it difficut since it was very warm outside. Overall it is a wonderful place to visit and if I had to go to school again I would check out UofLimerick.

The campus is amazing. I have been to many universities around Europe and this is definitely one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Surrounded by nature the river Shannon and modern buildings the campus offers all kind of facilities someone can imagine. Just great.

I use UL almost daily, whether its for a cup of coffee, my Sunday walk down on the banks of the river shannon, or my regular workout in the UL sport facility "The Arena" I cannot complement the the organisation, ground keeping and staff enough...

University of Limerick is such a beautiful spot. Lovely walks all around the grounds. Food is good too with a lot of options. Highlight is the white house, it's like stepping back in time.

Really nice walk around the grounds, it was quiet (summer holidays) but it was very pleasant, I spent about 30 mins here.
