Our guide (Ronan?) was very knowledgable and really had the gift of the gob, as the Irish seem to do. :) I mostly enjoyed the preliminary talk about the background of the brewery, you learnt so much about the history of Ireland, and Europe. The beer was lovely, a great hat!
