Absolutely brilliant. Children loved fairy village, pedal boats and my older son and husband had great time at the tree tops. Again food in Restaurant is excellent. Lovely gift shops in courtyard.

My family and I visited Castlecomer Discovery Park recently. I underestimated how vast this park is and the time we would need to explore it all. We went on the paddle boats on the lake and the small obstacle course for younger children. The little shops were lovley and the food in the cafe was of a very high standard,... More

A well designed Park, Suitable for children of all ages as well as adults. The park has a number of walks of different lengths so it suits those who just want a stroll and those who like something a little more robust. The fairy and elf village is well worth seeing and the lake with it's canoes and gondolas shouldn't... More

Had a great time 'walking in the clouds' today at Castlecomer Discovery Park! ALL the staff on the Tree Top Walk were great - encouraging, patient, great sense of humour and so kind to those of us less confident (and those who completely lost their nerve)! A special thank you to Declan for his assistance in helping me find my... More

This playground was fantastic. Great climbing structures. Fenced in. Huge grass lawn from Kilkenny Castle right outside. I think our little people would have spent the entire day here.
