We visited this location expecting it to be more than just a large artificial pond and a characterless cafeteria and tourist shop. We looked around and left after about ten minutes. It may make a suitable distraction for in discriminating families with young children.

You can pay for the boat ride and climbing wall which we did and it was so worth it. My son age 7 had a ball..They have water zorbing also which the adults I think enjoyed more... More

Wonderful location to ramble and enjoy the bird life. Restaurant will provide inexpensive treats , lunches and coffees. Worth a trip into the Wetlands and visit viewing tower.

Makes for a fantastic day out! Have been here a few times. The food in the cafe is good and the staff are all friendly! Highly recommend the peddle boats, they provide lots of laughs and a great work out if your peddling the boat!

There is a lake with a great walk around it. This is free and does not require entry to the visitor center. The sights from observatory are the highlight. Our small kids really enjoyed it.
