Continuing on with my happydays journey and Blennerville & Tralee Wetlands were paid a visit today. The windmill was not some place I'd seen since my childhood and more than exceeded my expectations today, made special by the Staff Paul & Declan gardening and manning the Kerry Model Railway. Windmill was beautifully preserved & detailed thanks to assistance from Fás... More

Fantastic visit as we began in the Restaurant which catered for our group ranging in age from 2 to 70+. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food was excellent quality. It was August and even though fore warned about the lack of wildlife at the time we went and did the tour. It was fantastic, Alan our... More

This was an excellent center for a family with kids. Plenty to do on the water. Wildlife all around. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. The kids loved it and can’t wait to go back again next year.

August is not the best time of the year to visit the wet lands due to the lack of wild life earlier or later in the year would be much better

Worth a visit to know more about Tralee. Our 2 kids love the wetland tour, for savings take a 1-2-3 pass from your campsites or accommodations for only 33euros.

Visited the Wetlands during the summer holidays as a day away. Whilst it has great potential the guy who they had giving the introduction about the place and its history and the animals. Really needs to work on his presentation skills. He was brutal, kept missing bits on the presentation, rewinding, fast forwarding etc, seemed disinterested at best. He needs... More

Five adults and two kids (7 & 3) had a great time. Paddle boats are great fun, and the wetland tour is interesting yet short enough not to bore the children.
