We just got home to the US from 6 days of Irish golf. We played 5 days of 36 and 1 day of 18. We all agreed that Tralee was our favorite, outranking Old Head, Ballybunion, Waterville, Lahinch, Doonbeg, and Adare Manor. The best part was our morning caddies, Pat and Don.

Got a chance to play Tralee twice during our week stay in SW Ireland. Once in bright sunshine and bit of a breeze second in on and off light rain with steady breeze but both were great days on the course. Course condition fabulous greens were quick and true. Views of course and surroundings fantastic. I was helped with arrangements... More

This is a must if you love golf and love beautiful scenery! Hard to top and I've played EVERYWHERE! The back nine cannot be described in words!

Beautiful course, Arnold Palmer design. Wonderful test of golf, if you can keep from admiring the scenery.

I've had the pleasure of playing Tralee a number of times and always look forward to the experience. The course is both challenging and enjoyable with views that will take your breath away. And when you're finished your round you get to sit in the clubhouse and enjoy a well earned drink, some great food and amazing views. If you... More

Group of eight guys from NY played the following courses on 5 day trip: Doonbeg; Lahinch; Ballybunion Old; Watervill; Dooks and Tralee. This was the best course of them all. Very playable. Caddie were the best we had on the trip and the caddies in general were very good. Very nice locker room, good bar, stunning views on course(of course... More

Played Ballybunion the day before so what to expect. Beauty sheer beauty - the beauty of the ocean and the ruggedness of the golf course -captivating. Needed our caddy, Jarrod to keep us focused on the golf because everywhere you look is great scenery. The golf is a challenge and a caddy a must to help with the shots needed... More

We were given a great welcome by General Manager Anthony Byrne and golf pro Dave Power, and were very lucky to play this great course on a day of blue skies and sunshine. The views were so beautiful that I almost forgot that I was there to play golf. There are many beautiful holes, but for me the par three... More

This is a truly beautiful links course with amazing views (including a ruined castle), but you can tell that the course is not ancient. It is clearly placed down on top of an old farm in the 1980s by some bloke named Palmer. The wind was blowing about 40 mph all day, so we got the true links experience. I... More

For all the newer courses I played when visited, Tralee was my 2nd favourite to Old Head down in Kinsale which is my personal favourite I've ever played. Par 3 over the cliff on the back nine I remember being a fantastic hole - there's a few on this course. We did a week long golf trip and I'd def... More
