The roses are amazing. 6,000 rose bushes. Most are old fashioned in that they remain fragrant whilst still being beautiful. The garden is tranquil, a lovely place for a stroll or just a rest while listening to the birds.

Lovely for children with a play ground and plenty of space for them to run and play while the parents can sit and relax

Well this park is kind of aimed at the leprechaun seeking irish ancestor finding Aran sweater wearing person. But it's reasonably well kept and has a good playground that suits a broad range of kids

We went there on the first days of our holidays and it is a lovely place for everyone. But the kids area was closed for repairs. We all just climbed over the fence and used it anyway. My thoughts were that it would be open if it was raining and closed on a scorcher.

A wonderful place to wander around. I am not sure, but believe the rose garden is considered part of the town park and if so, then double kudos! Absolutely gorgeous roses and other flowers. Very relaxing, peaceful and beautiful place.

I loved the roses, we visited at the right time of year, when the roses were at there best, we had a dry few days, which helped the roses to look there best The park looked clean and tidy

just off the town centre this lovely park has some really lovely features. The Rose of Tralee memorial used to be a lovely marble statue. This is now replaced by a beautiful bronze life size statue of Mary O'Connor (the Rose) and her Beau. This is surrounded by an array of glass panels inscribed in date order with the names... More
