You can't miss this church - it has a huge tower! This is my favourite church visited on this trip (and we say quite a few). If you're in Tralee, don't miss visiting... More

One word: Magical. The church is immaculate and magical in every sense. The church is impressive from ground to steeple. Saint John's cleanliness, art, architecture, and overall atmosphere is truly spectacular. The two entrance angel statues, marble accents, and every stained glass window are brilliantly crafted. Father Bernard Healy and his assistant David, helped us create the most beautiful and... More

I don't only like the atmosphere in St. John's but also its beautiful windows - and the nearby "Rosengarten", where you can sit and relax.

This church is beautiful and very impressive. When you enter the church the light bounces off the walls and there is a lovely warmth in the church. It is in the town centre and you can drive in to it from the street. I made the mistake of driving back out this way only to discover I was driving against... More

We met Father Sean, and Frankie O'Shea a volunteer and communicated with Ciaran O'Connell who helped us search the parish records for our family members. Mary who works the Parish community desk is a real go getter and is very caring.

The Stained Glass windows in St Johns Church Castle Street are lovely and the stations of the cross are by a very famous painter. At the rear of the Church you have a fabulous Town park with an array of Rose beds,A statue dedicated to the story of the Rose of Tralee. We have a Festival every year in August... More

Went to see where ancestors attended and lit a candle for those no longer with us. The stonework angels, walls, windows and altar awe inspiring. Adjacent to the park and its beautiful rose garden.
